He then came back a couple of days later and installed everything and made sure that my server was connected and everything ran properly. For apple devices only capable of 5 ghz wifi band, I got an increase from about 120mb to about 250 mb. On Devices capable of using the 6 ghz band, I went from 120mb to about 700mb. Then he helped set up my work server so that other employees could access my billing database so that I did not need to have a complicated and manpower intensive way of getting everyone's data into the master file. He was correct that one speaker had broken and the other one would shut off after a period of time as a safety precaution. Jaime had a used speaker from another set, but the case it was inside would not fit my television. Jaime opened the case, removed the speaker, and installed it in my television. It has been working fine. For a manufacturer's repair that would have cost $240 plus parts, Jaime charged me $89 plus tax. He then did not show up for the appointment, nor did he respond to any of my texts on the 23rd asking if he was still coming and what his ETA was. That's it. In no way did I cancel on him, that's a complete lie. I only found somebody days later on Task Rabbit, after he failed to show up or respond. He could have just said I forgot the appointment or I was busy or I changed my mind. All of those would have been acceptable. To make up this ridiculous story is completely laughable. Shame on you.
