This was the absolute worst service I have ever received…read more 1) Service was terrible. I didn't get a single response to my questions or need for updates. The only time they reached out was when they had a question about the payment. 2) I simply asked for my keyboard keys to be made less sticky. They didn't fix the problem at all. I NOW have to take it back to another technician. 3) A week after I left my computer at the store, once they said they had fixed it, they called and said that they had lost my password. I told them multiple times what it was and texted it to them. They said it didn't work and asked me to come down. Once I was there, they said they got it to work. This was the absolute biggest waste of money I have ever spent. And the biggest biggest waste of time. I 100% don't recommend this service, and please don't book an appointment with them. I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

At first, I was hesitant but decided to take the chance. I met the store's owner (Angel) and he troubleshooted my computer which he thoroughly went over the issues with me. One of the several things that impressed me was how Angel does one to one service for all his customers and the appointments are set up to be very user friendly via emails and texts. When I picked up my computer, he tested it in front of me to confirm that the problem was solved, and that the computer was running fine. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store. Angel was very professional, transparent and his experience shows through his work. The prices are great, and the customer service is outstanding. I am a very satisfied customer and will not go anywhere else.
