My go to UPS store.. efficient and quick, easy to return packages, and usually in and out. The parking lot can be a pain but that's not so much the issue of the store. I've never shipped anything through UPS, mostly just use for returns. The items they sell for shipping are of course over priced but conveniently, there is a dollar store and CVS in same strip. read more

I just went to this store to do a return and an uneducated nasty personality and RUDE girl with a purple tattooo on her mouth elious tells me she cant help me.. after buying 103 packages from Amazon within 90s= days and she gives me an attitude and was extremely rude. I even expressed I thought the customer is always right???? again maybe she had a bad day but that's not problem.. I've gone to the store for the longest time as I'm an owner of a condo in SIB for only 25 plus years.... I want to even call the owner as again I love the prior staff as I would buy them dark chocolates and more... the young generation now feels entitled!!!!! worse I even spoke to the Manager but again the girl w the purple star on her face was the Ruddiest girl ever... wake up as the customer is always right. without customers no one has a business. someone needs to get educated on proper customer service skills and if I owe that site I would fire her. as I run a large company and have 35 plus employees but if anyone spoke to me like this or anyone I would fire them. Zero stars if I could. This UPS Store in Sunny Isles is a straight-up dumpster fire den of THIEVES. I paid them to pack and ship a simple box. It went out October 21, was supposed to land October 23, and instead limped in on November 3. When it finally showed up, my Gucci shoes were missing, gone somewhere between their counter and my doorstep. I trusted them to pack it; that was dumb on my part. Customer service? Useless. Accountability? Nowhere. If you're into delays, excuses, and mysteriously lighter boxes, this is your spot. Everyone else: steer clear of this den of thieves and use literally any other location. read more

This was an UPS store with outstanding staff who were patient, friendly and courteous no matter how busy they were. The staff were all let go and this is not longer the great UPS store it once was. One star I had a really unpleasant experience here. I came in to print and possibly printing something, and right away, the service was rude and unhelpful. I asked about pricing, and was told there's now a "service fee" without any clear explanation. When I tried to clarify with another employee, he snapped at me and made a sarcastic comment instead of just answering my question. There was a language barrier, and when I asked if they spoke Spanish or English--something very common here in South Florida--it was taken the wrong way and met with attitude. I wasn't being rude, just trying to communicate clearly. Then I was quoted an outrageous price (about $15 for a simple task), and at that point, I just decided to leave. I still thanked them, but the energy from both employees was rude and unprofessional. I won't be returning. read more

On January 23 2025 I visited the store. made two shipments. one never reached the destination. The other shipment was an overseas shipment with a SIM card, with estimated 2 days delivery. This one arrived 6 weeks later. manager promised a refund that never happened. Several visits to the stores did not resolved the issue. Not an happy experience. But what upsets me more is the runaround I was given. i had very good experience with this store earlier. I never used to it since. read more

Katya was amazing and handled it all like a rockstar. She stayed on the phone with me while my parents were there to ensure everything was done correctly. She had the patience of a Saint. I couldn't not have gotten this done so smoothly if it wasn't for her and the notary's help. Timing was critical and she made it all happen. Best UPS store ever! I drive from Aventura just to use this particular store because they're fast, efficient, friendly, and courteous. I found them when I lived in Hallandale and would drive from there without a second thought. I've used other UPS stores, but they just don't measure up to this particular branch. They have good service. When I went this morning, there was no line, which was nice. It is a little more expensive than just going to the USPS store, but I guess it's about convenience and not having to wait in one hour line to mail a package. They have an array of cards, mailing boxes, bubble wrap, for all of your shipping needs. They had really cute cards, and I was actually looking for a Valentine's Day card, but they did not get their shipment. Bummer....I would have bought a few. Dhl lost my package and the staff helped me to file claim to get money back as I bought insurance. ( they also returned me the shipping cost ! This is really a bonus ! I didn't expect that !). They deserves good rating And bonus ! I did all that for the staff, because you can't take money with you when you die but take whatever u give with you ! Thank you so very much for all efforts ! P.s. Please do not expect to get any tape, printing for free as they have to pay for it. They are agent of many shipping companies that don't pay them for tape, printing. Today I had to move up to New Jersey, and because I had no furniture I decided to ship everything though ups. They were able to schedule a free pickup for someone to come help me load everything and bring it over to this location, and one of their associates, Jonathan worked with me for probably 2 hours. There was sorting, packing, and 2 addresses to ship to and he handled all my requests with patience and great customer service. He made this whole process sooo much less stressful and I am so thankful for his help. Very attentive and deserving of a nice review!!! What a rip off this place is !!! Went there to buy a box they wanted $7.00 for something worth $1.00 after agreeing to pay for it. They tell me I have to pay to use their tape .... Are you serious ?? Certainly a rip off. Brought in my golf clubs to be shipped to NY. The UPS Web site says shipping of clubs should be about $50. Here I was told $85. I left and shipped through Shipsticks. They picked up and will deliver for $55. Will let UPS know that their website is misleading or this store is out of sync. read more
