I would like to share my candid review about my experience with Mike. He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer.
