In my opinion, this is the best dry cleaner in the Aventura area! I've been using the cleaner for several years now, service and the cleaning is always excellent! I usually get my suits cleaned there and is very reasonable at around $10 to have a 2 piece suit cleaned. Usually I can get items back next day if needed and all of my clothes come back pristine! The owner is very nice, and has had the business in his family for more than 20 years. I've tried several cleaners in the area and this by far is my favorite! read more

All through my working years and my husbands working years we have used this dry cleaning location. I've never had a problem with my suits, my husband suits shirts or comforters. They're always nice and reasonably priced and very close to my home. I do recommend them. You may find some fancier dry cleaners but these people do not overcharge for a good service. read more

I noticed lately that spots and general cleaning has become very spotty They claimed deodorant-caused the chemical reaction and staining on my silk blouse from their cleaning solution. They said they would clean again but non of the stains were removed. The dress I gave them to clean still had stains on the hem. I was able to remove the stains from the dress on my own thankfully. I know it's time to find a new dry cleaner . Ruining clothes is not acceptable especially when I did not bring the blouse in with stains. read more

I used to live around the corner from this cleaner in Aventura. The staff is very friendly and the service is fantastic. The prices are some of the best in all of Aventura and better than SoBe where I live now. I will bring my clothes here for dry cleaning it's worth the drive and savings rather than being raped in SoBe. They do quick quality service, it's in a little plaza where there are 3 restaurants including an Anthony's coal fired pizza and Olive Garden. I just picked up 7 shirts for $15.19! Owner is super nice and good sense of humor. I'll keep coming back. read more

I have no words to describe this place. I love love love giving good reviews and it honestly breaks my heart writing my first poor review. I needed a local trusted cleaners and they were anything but that. My first time (and only time) using them was a complete disaster. When I came to pick up my clothes, everything looked good to go so I paid (which was my first mistake and a lesson learned). When I looked closer at my white jacket...it was pink. I asked the manager (politely... mind you, I am a southern girl) what had happened and he immediately went on the defense...but said give him until tomorrow to try and fix it. Despite his attitude, I said okay no problem- I will be back. I came back the next day and he said he had no idea where my jacket was. Excuse me, what?! He handed me his store phone and advised me to call the owner of the store. Okay, no problem. When the manager picked up, I politely inquired about my jacket and he went on this LONG rampage about how I lied about my jacket (meaning I brought it in pink etc.) I was stunned. Not only did the guy sound like he was high on something, he was rude, did not even know the correct days of the week etc. he did not care at all about the service he was providing or the way he spoke to his customers. I told him I did not understand the hostility and he told me to give him two more days to work on it. So I did (second mistake). Finally, I returned and when I did I got the exact same speech about my jacket and they also told me they did not know where it was. They also would not refund me for the jacket and/or cleaning. Unbelievable. At the end of the day, it's just a jacket, albeit a really nice one. What got me was the lack of customer service and the blame that was placed on me. Please save yourself a trip and go somewhere else. read more

I had an absolutely terrible experience. Was in Aventura, travelling on business with my wife and son. We had a suitcase full of clothes needing washing, and I took them to Classic Cleaners after finding them on Yelp. At first, they told me they were dry cleaning only, so no problem, my mistake, I misunderstood from their Yelp page that they also did wash and fold. Then they changed their mind, and told me they could do wash and fold, though wasn't something they normally offered. I figured that meant that they might send the job out, or do it in at their own home washing machine, or something like that... I didn't really care, happy for them to work it out and earn some dollars for getting it done for me... was short on time, and just needed it done. Well - my mistake... should have walked out the door and found somewhere else myself. Picked up the clothes next day, quickly opened the suitcase to check that it was our clothes, and they were clean and folded. At first look, all seemed good. They charged me $60 for the laundry, plus $15 for a couple of pieces of dry cleaning... was a little taken a back at the laundry cost, normally used to paying $30 for same amount of clothing, but they did turn it around in a day, and wasn't their normal offering, so paying a little more, well, guess I am paying for the convenience. And I should have asked for the price first, rather than just assuming it would be as per expectations. Again, my mistake... However, once we got to our next hotel, and opened the suitcase, it turns out that only the top layer of clothes were folded, the rest below top layer were completely scrunched up, very badly creased. We also ended up with clothes that don't belong to us. Haven't spotted that any of our clothes are missing, but not feeling confident that it hasn't happened. Anyway - lessons learnt - paid too much for a service that is not their core offering, and they didn't deliver on it despite charging me double what it should normally cost. read more

Decent prices, but worth it considering the level of service and rapid turnaround time. When they say it'll be a couple days, it'll actually be under 24 hours. Did a great job with a comforter too. Just moved to Miami and it's so great to find a sublime cleaners so close to my house. Love their texting system! read more

Fairly priced compared to others nearby me. So far no complaints on services that I've gotten done and I've been going there at least 3 times a month for the past year since we've moved. The owner is there every time I come and he's always very friendly and engaged with his customers. As long as you're nice they're nice and they get the job done. read more

My experience with Classic Cleaners has always been outstanding. We moved into the area close to 2 years ago, and found them by a recommendation, and we've never looked back. Their pricing is fair, the service is polite and if you have a special need they do everything they can to accommodate you, and have always gotten it done. Sam is the best! read more

I used to love classic cleaners, good price, good quality cleaning! All of a sudden since the beginning of last year, things starting to come back very badly pressed, not professional. Some pieces they claimed they "could not clean", I would then go home and be able to easily clean them myself. They lost one of my husbands white shirts and they kept giving him others that were not his, like we are dumb. We never got it back, they tired us! The last and very bad thing that happened a few weeks ago, is that left them a very expensive Christopher Kane for J Brand jeans that I had scouted for a few months, my favorite red jeans with a leather black tuxedo stripe down the leg. I went to pick it up and was told they were not able to clean it because of the leather. I took a look at it and saw that they had cleaned it indeed and totally ruined them: the red was all tinted in black and the leather was all crunched up, a disaster!!!! First, they claimed that they had not cleaned it and and then proceded to tell me to leave it, they would fix it. I knew that was impossible but gave them a chance. I went to pick it up and was finally told to call whom I guess was the manager; after many attempts, they finally picked up the phone and he told me that it was not their fault, that he would sue the manufacturer. I am sorry to say, the way these cleaners are working right now, don't even go near them!!!!!! It is not only their dishonesty and the quality of their work, their customer service is non existant if there is any bit of a problem. read more
