Excellent service, my clothes came out like new, They also did some adjustment on my trousers, they came out perfect. I Highly recommend them. read more

I have used them for the last 4 years. They are convenient because they offer a pickup and deliver service. They are also quite expensive. Recently they delivered multiple items with stains. I took them back, showed the stains to the business and mentioned that I had paid for items that were not clean. They assured me that they would try again and not charge me. When I got the articles back, the stains were still there and I was charged again. They just lost a long time customer. read more

There's no place like this!! Excellent service! Prices that fit any budget. They always manage to remove even the toughest stains from my clothes , like oil, balsamic... everything comes out looking brand new, just like it was bought from the store! Highly recommended read more

Two t shirts and a baseball hat 77$ I mean this area sure, a good place for better margins but seriously . The t shirts were folded to the extent where they needed to be ironed again before wearing , smh. read more

First time using this facility, took 5 pieces of garments for dry cleaning, I was charged $115.00 !! Absurd !! was so upset , they gave me 10% courtesy discount for being a new client . I said yes new and final time!! read more

That was the worse experience I have ever had in my life. Nightmare. I took my - VERY NICE - clothes and the store in Aventura suffered a fire. It was December 2022. It's MAY and I got an email from the owner saying they will pay $50 per item we had with them!!!! disrespectful?! I am speechless!!!! I rather wash my clothes myself from now on that deal with these people again and I recommend everyone: Don't let your clothes there if they worth over $50!! read more

Cool and Clean - Email from Anthony Kiblisky - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Aventura, Florida

Was charged one price the first time 3.45 a shirt and then almost 200 percent higher the second time 9.40 a shirt. When called to ask why it was so much after a friend picked it up they had stated all 6 shirts were sent for dry cleaning instead of regular clean. When I called told me it's because the price of dry cleaning is a different price, only one shirt was requested dry cleaning specifically the rest are all 20-30$ cotton shirts why would I pay 10$ to wash it after wearing it one time. I think they use some sneaky tactics as one person told me one thing on the phone then when I came back to pick it up. Thought they did a great job the first time but I will be taking my business elsewhere as they are overcharging without disclosing. The one good things about this place is that they do a good job with same day or next day pick up. That's why it got two stars! read more

I'm out of words to explain this rip off! $19 to press one cotton dress, press only. Zara dress that was purchased for $15. $10 to press a white shirt. Press!!! I asked why no one bothered to tell me the prices, or at least printed on the receipt, I was told that I just asked for a press, not a price. So it's my fault. Who in the normal state of mind would ever imagine $19 for a press???? Are you kidding me? Never would I have done it here. This is unclean business practice. read more

The worst experience ever! I used their alteration service, to replace two zippers and to size down one dress. I paid $130 for such service. When I received my stuff I was shocked how awful the work had been done! All the stenches are very inaccurate, on my shorts they put a regular zipper instead of invisible one, on the dress they made a hole along a zipper, also that zipper attached wrong way has lots of space by each side (how shouldn't be on invisible zipper). They didn't give me any refund when I asked. I am so disappointed about that situation. They spoiled all my items. One of the dresses was completely new! I am so surprised about such a good rating at google maps. On Yelp it is more fair. read more

They have been overcharging me for months at $9 a dress shirt when it should be $3.45 when I caught their scam she offered me a b.s credit of $10 for only 1 month. Also a pair of gym shorts accidentally fell into our dry cleaning bag they charged $10 to wash them. And for a small bag that fell in as well. I will never come to this place again. They are a scam and rip off. I will not remove this review until I'm refunded all the fraudulent charges for cotton dress shirts they have been doing for the past 5 months. read more

Flew into Aventura for a few weeks from NYC and had some sweaters that I have been wearing until the wheels fall off. I turned to Yelp to find a local alterations & dry cleaner that I could trust to repair and clean my clothing and found this business. I dropped off two sweaters with holes in each for them to fix and the friendly employee asked if I wanted them cleaned as well. She offered to only charge me for the cleaning since the holes were small... amazing. One wash and press button down and two sweater dry cleanings for just $20... I will definitely be back with more clothing! read more

Used to love this place. Ever since Covid they keep changing prices and charging whatever they feel like. Just picked up some dry cleaning and they tried to charge me $15 more than the original receipt was for with no explanation. Used to pay $15-20 to have a suit dry cleaned and was just charged $49. When asked about the price change there was no explanation or apology. Avoid cool and clean at all costs if you don't want to be ripped off. read more

I brought them a green Dolce & Gabbana dress with a tiny spot. They returned me it with the same spot PLUS a HUGE 10" white spot around it - an obvious result of using chemicals to clean the old spot. And they say that it was like this from the very beginning. I even have photos of how the dress looked when I brought it to them. The manager is extremely rude, aggressive and disrespectful and she doesn't care at all. If you don't want this kind of approach, stay away from them. A BAD PLACE TO CLEAN EXPENSIVE ITEMS! read more

Avoid this place like the plague. I took four shirts on a Friday, was promised they would be ready on Tuesday. On Tuesday they gave me two shirts and said that the others would not be ready until Wednesday. When I got home I discovered the two shirts they gave me were not my shirts. And the other shirts which they promised first for Tuesday and then for Wednesday were not ready until Thursday. They were able to find the two shirts after I insisted they look. The manager had a lousy attitude - like I was messing up his day by making them find my shirts they lost. He won't have to worry about seeing me again. read more

WORST BUSINESS IN ALL OF AVENTURA! Most unprofessional and they clean with poison!!!!!!! Please please please i beg you don't go here! There are other places right down the street! Do not I repeat do not come here!!!! Owner is a SCAMMER! I took my Queen sized blanket to get washed here and when it was returned to me it smelled like pure chemicals!!! I couldn't believe it and honestly even just walking to that place I got a headache with how strong it smells with the chemicals they use!!!! My blanket smelled so bad like strong chemicals that they washed it with. So I brought it back and they said they would rewash it for me but that they would not give me my money back. $25 and they wouldnt the me a full refund after having to go drive all the way back and drop off my blanket for a second time to be re washed. When I picked it up after being rewashed it was better but it still didn't smell clean and cotton fresh it has a slight chemical scent to it still! I tried repeatedly to call the owner and the girl assured me that he wouldn't speak to me and that this is the best he could do and that he would not refund me for my awful experience. I beg you not to go here! Your items will smell like awful chemicals! read more

I told him where I live he replied I own the penthouse there So I said not even in Manhattan I get charge this kind of prices And he went on to say oh I own a place in Manhattan also Not apologetic nasty service I do not mind paying for good service it's all about fairness and honesty this space is not honest they steal from you no wonder he can afford to live in the penthouse in the same building I leave Please I advise any one that goes to this facility check your itemized bill and check the prices With me was about the principal I will not recommend no one to go there and I will for sure let my friends and family know how they operate Do not let this place or owner still your money read more

As I stated before when I bought these beautiful Tori silk pants the hem was even all the way across and after they were supposed to hem them the front panel on the right leg is 2 inches shorter than the rest of the hem and they are tryingto tell me it's me and maybe one of my legs shorter than the other what does that have to do with anything How would they know I just wanted them to make them even exactly the way they were when I brought them in and wanted them back the way they were when I bought them completely even all the way around and all they did was argue with me instead of trying to resolve the problem then they return them to me all wrinkled not nice people Obviously the owner doesn't care now they're ruined and there was no compensation I don't even think they took the original hemming off the bill I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I'm passing on the word and I'm gonna look into how I can get compensated since they're not offering to do anything I was going to wear these to a wedding now they look ridiculous and if I have a ride up to where they shortened it too much now they're going to be too short they completely ruined them and never apologize just argued and argued and argued read more

This review is based solely on customer service. I have used this business 3 times because they are convenient. I decided to no longer use them when I called ahead about closing time and was given an incorrect time. I showed up within the time provided and found the store closed! read more

When in need of a quick alteration, I found the people at Cool and Clean in Aventura, FL very accommodating, trustworthy, and efficient. These women care about their customers! Now while no one should expect such a quick turnaround on every occasion, I know I got lucky. I also got incredible personal attention at a time I needed it most and I can't thank them enough or the concierge at the Turnberry Isle Resort for recommending them and their service. What a plus! read more

This place is great !! Using their service for Many years always very satisfied with their work. Very nice people!!!!

I really like this cleaner because of the convenience-- they give you a bag with a tag, which you can fill with your clothes and then just drop it off without having to wait for someone to tag each article of clothing. That really helps when you are in a rush and trying to get all your errands done. Much appreciate. read more
