If could put 0 stars, I would. first going in I asked if they could mend a rip one of my partners armani shirts and the women said it's too cheap to fix "just go buy a new one". That should've been the first sign. then they proceeded for a 3 weeks to ruin my engagement dress and another dress Ive been asking for it to be fixed. don't waste your time and money. they were right it's cheaper to buy new designer clothing than going to them. They destroyed three of my wool trenchcoats to where the shrinkage was so much that it now fits a six year-old! It clearly said on the labels to not washing water and they did! Their explanation later was that they have a new employee who did not know how to wash them. And they were willing to give me not even quarter of what the items are worth. Upon to our arrival I received a very nice welcome. The person who assisted me was Alejandro, he was very courteous and professional. He asked for my number and provided me with a form to fill out to easy check in-out on my next visit. I needed 5 pieces to be dry cleaned. The order took 3 days to process. They offered free pick up and free delivery and they have an app were you can check out their prices. It's very convenient and efficient. Great- great service. I needed a dress and a coat to be dry cleaned---god knows when the last time it was that they were cleaned---before going out of town. A quick Yelp search in the area for timeliness and good work led me here. They are located in the strip mall right next to the Publix, but in the back part of it. I did a full lap around the stores before I found the location haha. They take your phone number down, and you are supposed to get a text when your order is ready. I was told my items would be ready in 3 days. I arrived an hour earlier than the stated time, but my order was ready. I got the "Your order is ready for pickup" text as I left the store lol. $22 and 3 days later, my coat was clean, and my silk blend dress no longer had drink stains from the last time I wore it. The fabrics were unchanged in texture or size. The workers at this store were courteous, and I had a smooth experience getting my clothes ready in time for my trip. Worst Experience ever!!! Don't recommend to anyone!!! All pictures attached!!! My bad experience: 1. Dropped at this Laundry my Brand New Shirt Armani Collezioni at the beginning of December. Picked it up in 6 days, came home and noticed that 5 BUTTONS on my shirt are damaged by probably Iron!!! 2. Came back on December 15th to clean it for second time and told them issue with the buttons. Woman, who works there gave me receipt where she charged me for these buttons, I came back, she nicely gave me a new receipt with no charge for the buttons and said that she forgot that it's not my fault. 3. Coming back December 22nd, checking the shirt and see that Collar is dirty after the dry clean with some dark points (like dirty splashes from the Iron), buttons still damaged (all 5!!!). I was shocked and told this lady that that it's the last time I bring them my stuff and asked her to fix everything ASAP!!! I needed this Shirt for New Year Eve! Instead of apologized and make me happy, she told me to keep an eye on my altitude and calm down!!! Then she gave me a receipt with New date of pick up Dec 28th (another 6 day to fix their fault) 3. I returned on Dec 30th to pick up my shirt finally and first thing I saw was same damaged buttons (all 5!!!) Man, probably manager or owner asked me to wait and left... I was waiting for 5 mins than left since it was NY eve and I had a lot of stuff to do. 4. Today, January 3rd, I'm picking up my shirt finally, checking it again and see that dirty splashes all over my shirt, 1 BUTTON STILL DAMAGED. I told this woman that it comes after the cleaning and she started arguing me and telling that it was from the beginning. I always check properly my stuff before dropping it off at clearance just in case to put notes where to pay attention for worker! And this dirty splashes are everywhere, they came most likely from dirty IRON!!!! SO NICE TRY GUYS!!!! SHAME ON YOU IF YOU WORK THAT WAY WITH EVERYONE !!!! I couldn't even imagine I can get such customer care in local expensive Cleaner!!! read more

Beware! - Do not use the app! I have never been to the store but was lured to its services due to the convenience of an app to place pick-up and delivery orders. I was pleasantly surprised the first couple of orders but after the first few, the pickups were delayed 2-3 days thereby missing the delivery date. I was left without clean work shirts for 3 days. I tolerated the tardiness, but what really led me to cut ties and write this review was a string of emails showing charges for orders I did not place totaling in excess of $100 when the order total was $18. I called the owner (Daniel) to solve the issue and he stated that he is going to have to verify everything (way to trust your customers) - after several hours he did infact confirm the mistake and told me I had not been charged. - This morning I checked my credit card statement and noticed duplicate charges for that order (i.e. I was charged $18 twice) After calling the owner again, he claimed that the duplicate was from the previous order and had not charged me for this one (which was not the case); hence he would apply the credit to the new order but still charge the additional $5 for the remaining shirts. Although the owner is responsive, he does not trust his customers and will nickel and dime you to the end! - Make sure you verify your charges against the orders if you are using the app. -Sad to say but they have lost me as a customer. read more

I'm giving it 2 stars just because of the nice front desk lady. Otherwise, I'm never coming back just because of the way the owner or whoever is in charge is dealing with problems they cause. I've been their customer for more than a year now, but at the beginning of January they ruined two of my expensive sweaters. They offered me to fix them which I agreed to. I understand, things happen and I was willing to take a step forward to come to a solution with which all of us will be happy. The sweaters were never fixed, and I've been back and forth for about 5 months !!! always the same response-no matching material, the second sweater couldn't get fixed. Nobody ever offered me even a refund for what I paid, not talking about refunding the price of the sweaters! I'm never ever coming back here, I don't want my clothes ruined, I don't want to waste my time, I want fair business and respect. read more

Took my husbands shirts to get cleaned and pressed. When we picked them up and we took the items home we noticed that 2 of the shirts were not his. We took back the 2 shirts and asked for his two shirts. 3 months later we are still waiting for the shirts. We asked for compensation and they refused. The person who works there kept saying we had to see the owner but the owner is never there. We are still waiting........today my husband went to the store again and the woman refused to speak to him and stayed in the back until he left. Think the next step is legal. It is the principle of it all now as they are not understanding nor are they helpful. Would not recommend. read more

I am giving this place one star for the pick/up delivery service, it's pretty convenient. However, completely unreliable service, your order would say ready by certain date and your stuff actually won't be ready for another 2 or 3 days past the ready by date. They are pretty pricey as well. Pants for $7.95 and shirts are $3.00+. They categorize shirts in different category to charge you more for it. So a polo shirt is going to cost $7.95 as well as linen shirts, they sometime will add a brushed cotton shirt to the list too. The lady that answers the phone most of the time doesn't speak English very well and communication gets hard and frustrating. So high prices, unreliable completion date, and you will never know what your order would cost until they charge your card. Sometime the same shirt will cost differently depending on who put it in the system. Sometime the even tell you that they only have one piece when you actually sent two. Avoid this place at all cost. read more
