B&P is amazing! They made my bridesmaid dress look awesome in a short time period (hemmed like 4 layers, took in the sleeves and corset top), and they also saved my favorite pair of jean and my favorite lulu leggings from the trash by fixing the inner thigh wear. I had a dress that was too short on me. I didn't want to get rid of it though so I decided to turn it into a blouse. I came across this adorable boutique and left it here to be altered. They did an amazing job! You can't tell that my new blouse used to be dress. In regards to the price, I thought it was too high. $60 to cut and hem which cost more than the dress But. I am very happy with the results. read more

Finding a confident alternator isn't easy, and great thanks to ladies at BP, my summer suit was ready just in time. I have very odd body shape so alternation often require great deal of work. I always like when service is on budget on time, and that's what BP offers. BP is located within a boutique, friendly folks and a few changing rooms. They were so helpful and able to fit me in on short notice to get my dress altered just in time for a wedding. They had me try on the dress with my heels and they pinned me to shorten the total length and also to make the sleeves fit my shoulders (they were sliding off). All in all a good experience and the dress fit great. read more

I needed my long double hem dress hemmed same day. The owner replied to my Yelp request immediately and agreed to do the job. I showed up at 10:00 am and the dress was ready by 4:30 pm. The seamstress was super nice and experienced. It turned out perfect. I will def use them again... with more than 24 hr. notice read more

The service was terrible and did not communicate as they claimed. They promised to be open the next day, which was a Sunday. They weren't open and the pant suit that was being altered was needed for an out of town trip on Monday morning. They did charge a lot for a last minute tailoring, which is understandable but it was lopsided and had to pay someone else for that person's mistake. Unbelievable! read more

Belkis and her team of professionals are amazing! No more dry cleaning seamstress for me anymore. I have been using Belkis for a few years now. She has now opened her shop at the Century 21 store at the Sawgrass Mall. She knows what she is doing! She is a dress maker and a tailor. My pants and suits and even shirts are perfectly altered, sometime even totally reworked to make them fit correctly. Her prices are fair for the work she performs. I actually believe they are less then your typical dry cleaning hem jobs. You won't go wrong with Belkis!! read more

I needed to do alterations to what I will be wearing for my civil wedding, a cute white jumper. I am a petite woman so almost anything I buy needs alterations even when it is supposed to be my size. These ladies are really good at their craft. Friendly and the work is phenomenal. Definitely not cheap, but if you have a nice dress or some thing that needs to be altered, you should consider taking it here. One thing to note, they don't really speak English, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, perfect experience. read more

The tone, the assumptions, and the level of disrespect were not okay. Customer service like this is unacceptable. You should be able to ask about pricing and decline without being insulted or made to feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

The zipper got stuck, then it broke, and my panic for having a new dress for this occasion in under a week set in. I used Yelp assistant to put in a request to local alterations spots and let them know I had a broken zipper off the track of a formal dress and I needed it fixed before Tuesday. This request was sent on a Saturday afternoon, so to be honest I was not very hopeful of any replies but Carolina replied right away. Her studio is right by my apartment so she told me to take my dress in right then to see if it could be fixed. She fixed the zipper on the spot, and when we actually tried on the dress we realized that I did not fit. Welcome to my nightmare. She had the brilliant idea to alter the dress and add fabric on the sides to give me the inches I needed. The result is essentially a custom dress that I am obsessed with, and at a great price. I am definitely going to keep Carolina on speed dial for any of my alterations needs as she is super sweet, detail oriented, and very well priced. Her studio is located in a blue building on Mediera and there is street parking right in front. Thank goodness for both request a quote and Carolina for saving my dress fiasco.

I brought my new uniform in to be altered. They did an amazing job. My sleeves were too long on my jacket; it was a big job. Jacket fits perfect and my shirts came out beautiful. They look like they were made for me. I will never bring anything to our cleaners for alterations again. I recommend them for any and all your alteration needs.
