I entrusted this dry cleaner with five high-end garments valued at over $3,000. When the items were…read morereturned, multiple pieces had clearly shrunk by roughly two sizes and were no longer wearable. These garments fit properly before service and were worn without issue. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

The owner was able to make alterations on a suede jacket and a pair of corduroy pants and have it ready in less than a week! The cost was way less than I expected and much less than I paid elsewhere. But the quality of their work is what stands out the most. She took her time to assure I was happy with the fit of the adjustments, upfront with how long it took to get the job done, and then gave me a fair price. I brought 8 other items that will be done next week but the best thing was I got what I needed for the holidays. I figured it had something to do with the work that was being done there over the last couple of days. I picked up my jacket, paid my bill, and left. Almost as soon as I hung my jacket in the car, I sensed it. The jacket smelled like something rancid. I took it back and the nice woman at the counter didn't act too surprised which tells me this wasn't new. She offered to deodorize it, but I knew that was not going to cut it. The regional supervisor was emailed and I was told that she would get in touch with me. Still waiting. This was a custom tailored blazer and am hoping that the new place to which I took it can get the smell out. Beware. i will upload this review if and when the supervisor contacts me. #disgusted

It's a bit inconspicuous because there is no branding on the outside, it just says Laundromat. But I did see a van that said Oasis Laundry in the parking lot so I assumed this was the place. I was glad when I walked in to feel that it was cooler than the outside. It's a hot day. So they do have AC inside, but as you imagine for a laundromat, it is a lit a bit humid inside as well. One thing you'll notice right away is they have several washers of various sizes. You could get a large washer medium, or small. They all cost various amounts with these smalls being $4.50, the medium $6.50 and the largest approximately $8.50. I used the small washing machines because I did not have a lot to wash but I needed to distribute amongst three loads. Which ran 23 minutes. What's cool is you can pay via app. They have a QR code that you can scan to download the Huebsch app. From there, you can load money onto the app to pay for your clothes. I was a bit confused about where to put the laundry detergent since I had pods versus liquid or powder. The attendant was very helpful. She came over and showed me what to do and also in what order. I really appreciated that! Not bad!
