Upon to our arrival I received a very nice welcome. The person who assisted me was Alejandro, he was very courteous and professional. He asked for my number and provided me with a form to fill out to easy check in-out on my next visit. I needed 5 pieces to be dry cleaned. The order took 3 days to process. They offered free pick up and free delivery and they have an app were you can check out their prices. It's very convenient and efficient. Great- great service. All my items were pressed and sparkling dry clean. Very thankful with businesses that provide outstanding service!

I entrusted this dry cleaner with five high-end garments valued at over $3,000. When the items were…read morereturned, multiple pieces had clearly shrunk by roughly two sizes and were no longer wearable. These garments fit properly before service and were worn without issue. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

I usually bring my dry cleaning in for next day service, at times even same day if I am there by 9 o'clock in the morning. His reply was there is another place down the street if you want it done. No options nothing is only comment was you can leave now. A shame as I have been through several management changes and we have adapted and worked well together. I hope that if he is the owner, he reflects on his actions today and if he is not, the ownership will work with him. As for me, I'm done.

When we got the suits back, the stain was completely gone. The second suit we brought in had an old very set in stain in it. They were able to remove most of it. Overall very happy, pricing is great! Paid $30 for 2 suits. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the customer service is lackluster. When I walked in to pick up my husband's suits, there were three people in the building, and none of them greeted me. Emile was sitting in the back with his wife, eating lunch. Another woman was sitting at a sewing machine, facing the front door. Once I walked in, she put her head back down and kept working. I stood there for a little bit dumbfounded, then decided to wave and say hello. Emile's wife then said, "he'll be right there". He was nice once he got to the counter, but they aren't exactly welcoming. I'll still come here for the prices though.

The manager was not helpful at all when brought to their attention the damage caused by them. I would not recommend anyone bringing anything to be cleaned or serviced by these dry cleaners.
