She helped me buy a laundry card (which costs $2) and she helped me add soap to the washers. I would have put the soap in the wrong compartment. I used a 6 load for blankets and towels, a 4 load for clothes, a 3 load for throw rugs, and a 2 load for velvet party outfits. That totals 15 loads! It was $21 for the washers. Dryers cost 45 cents for 7 minutes, which is really a good deal because I only spent $4.50 to dry everything, including heavy towels and rugs. This laundromat deserves 5-stars because my clothes, towels, linens, and rugs smell so clean and my heart is happy.

The big washer is great for $6, however, when I went to dry my things I put in enough coins for 40 minutes, I always stay while washing my things at a commercial coin laundry, so I check the dryness periodically, after 25 minutes my things in one of the dryers were sufficiently dry, however, the dryer #34 was smoking, when I opened the door it smelled like burning clothes and my things were brown from being burnt! I went to take my things out and almost burned my hand, I had to wait for the things to cool off somewhat, all the while there is smoke coming out. There were 2 other patrons there at the time and they couldn't believe it, I had no idea what to do. There is no contact number just an email. I googled the business and there is a number to call but only a voice recording so I left 2 messages with no call back. I asked a neighboring business (El Tamarindo Pizza) if they knew the owner they didn't but suggested I call police which I did. I explained what happened and they wanted to send an officer. I had so many other errands to run, I opted to just leave, I was so frustrated not to mention, my comforter, a duvet, 2 custom shirts (created by an artist), are now unusable because of being burned. Things could have been worse, many people just leave their stuff in the dryer and come back later, if I had done that maybe the whole laundromat could have burned down. An extremely dangerous situation. I will never go back there again and I hope they fix this dangerous machine. I have been going to this coin laundry for 5 years now and never had a issue, I will not be returning. BTW I also have a video but was not able to upload on this platform. I'm out $200 worth of items and the owner hasn't returned my calls.
