Dryers are all the same size and are located in the back. Depending on the amount of laundry you have to do, it might be a better idea to have them do it for you as it might be cheaper than you doing it yourself. read more

Coming into the Mega Laundry Mart was a great experience for me and my husband. We were helped by the laundry attendants. They were also helping other people who were coming in. i noticed my clothes were still wet after drying them for the 6th time. i brought up my concern in a nice manner to the staff and she immediately responded with attitude and told me it wasn't the fault of the dryer and that it's my fault for not putting it on the high heat setting. I'm sorry but after drying on medium temperature 6 times my clothes should not be wet. i took my clothes to another dryer, a bigger capacity, and put it on high heat, to once again receive wet clothes. this was my first time here and will be my last as the staff will immediately blame you and not their scamming business. on top of that walk away mid conversation to talk crap with her coworker loudly about the situation. i came here with $30 cash and left with nothing. i think that's a scam for one basket of clothes and 4 towels. I'll never recommend this place to anyone i know. such a disappointment. read more

I usually do laundry at home, but I needed to wash my comforters so I went to this laundromat. This place was VERY CLEAN. After loading the machines, I proceeded to work online and to my surprise their WiFi was much faster than mine at home!!! It was a pleasant experience :) read more

Very clean great places to wash my clothes. The guy and lady was very helpful to me and my sister.

I used the washing machines and wanted HOT water only to find they only run cold! With this being a public laundry the use of HOT water is essential to disinfect. You are lying to the public and need to provide HOT RUNNING water or at least be straightforward and say you only run cold. read more

Im leaving this review in behalf of my aunt who just left there with a horrible experience. She had recently purchased a few items to take as gifts to Colombia and wanted to make sure they were washed. She took these NEW items here and left them in care of the "professionals" to only pick them up and see the items were all stained yellow. The owner and the employees had the AUDACITY to claim that the items came in that color and refused a refund. Customer service is trash. Accountability is trash! Do not recommend leaving your clothes with these people. read more

I needed to do laundry in my only day off yes it was on thanksgiving but the woman working ON THANKSGIVING told me they oars open and working just we couldn't go in at the moment because they were fixing the fans something on the ceiling I'm like okay perfect at least I can have my clothes done tomorrow morning. Yea right I come back at NOON and a different lady is giving me attitude that they didn't even work yesterday nor start my clothes to come later on tonight. ... TONIGHT? HAHAHA. I'm shocked! It's been so hard to find a decent laundry mat near by. This place is super clean, open layout, there's a little cafe inside selling snacks, staff is friendly, the few people in here were quiet and to themselves, they accept Apple Pay, ac is bumpin. Oh and the lady working here cleaned each machine after I used them. And the machines were very fast. I truly enjoyed my quiet time to myself just doing some laundry. read more

It seems like a clean place and I was looking forward to using their dryers since my dryer broke mid laundry however they were closed. They advertise they're open till 11pm every day online and on their windows. I arrived at 9:30 pm and they were closed. It says they close at 11pm everyday I left my clothes drying and went back to pick it up at 10:30pm and they were closed and no one answered when I called now I have no clue what happened to my clothes or if they're even still in the building.
