If you don't have signs posted on your doors, then you get the extra star. But they do and they need to do a better job of it. As far as the facility goes, parking is plentiful. Usually I drop off my clothes to get washed and folded because I'm just one person and it's faster I can do my errands and then just pick up later in the night or next morning . I usually spend around $20 for a 1-2 weeks load . It's a fairly clean space and the machines are pretty good. The only terrible thing is the parking. Most of us have heavy things to unload so sometimes the parking in front is all taken and like today parking lot was flooded. Sometimes we park in the side for quick drop off or pick up but you block the road a bit. They have three vending machines with snacks/candy/drinks. When the items were…read morereturned, multiple pieces had clearly shrunk by roughly two sizes and were no longer wearable. These garments fit properly before service and were worn without issue. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

Besides, Elsa is one of the nicest, funniest, and sweetest human beings ever. I looked forward to picking up and dropping off my laundry just so I could see her and catch up with her. I think we paid $20 each time for 2 people's laundry every 2 weeks. It was totally affordable (they charge $0.99 to $1.33 per lb I think.
