I go here once a week on the weekends. There are always more than enough washers and dryers for me to use. I never had a problem with the machines. They wash and dry very well. There are more than enough seats to wait for your laundry to be done. read more

Used to be a regular at this place, but I won't set foot in there anymore thanks to one employee named Johnnie. The guy is straight-up rude, full of himself, and acts like the world owes him something. I've overheard him complaining about everything: his boss, the customers, the machines, you name it. Worse, I've watched him escalate situations for no good reason. He'll call the police and accuse people of wild stuff that simply did not happen. It's exhausting and honestly a little unnerving. I'm not the only one who's had enough. A bunch of us former customers stopped going specifically because of him. We basically have an anti-Johnny club at this point and just take our laundry and dry cleaning elsewhere. The owners are doing themselves a real disservice by keeping him on. He has no business working in any customer-facing role. read more

I have been using their wash dry fold service for a few time and totally satisfied with their service. It was clean, neat and fast. They offer the same day service if you drop off before 12:00 PM (noon) otherwise the clothes will be ready next day. I love how they t very good care of our clothes. They even provide wire hanger for linen shirt and men polos for us to take home. They folded our clothes neatly. For price wise, I would say it's a great value. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would totally recommend this place!! The best laundry place in town!! read more

I am extremely disappointed.I've been going to this laundry mat for almost 15 years.. Everyone is so nice except one man.. I even mentioned it to one of the workers and she told me that people complain about him.. Today was beyond upsetting.. I dropped off a uniform that I needed for a military event on thursday.. I dropped it off the Thursday before and said man told me it would be ready on monday, which was perfect.. When I went to pick it up.It was not ready.. I really need it for this event on thursday, and i'm going out of town for the until Friday late and don't have time to pick up before military event. I asked him why it wasn't ready, as he told me it would be ready monday. The day before.. He got very close in my face and yelled, because it was a holiday!!! I asked him why he didn't tell me.if I knew I wasn't going to get it back in time, I would have gone somewhere else. And he started yelling at me and told me not to come back.. I have never been spoken like this.. ever...Lived in this town my whole life.. I would appreciate the owner contacting me because when I go pick up my clothes.I'll bring an officer with me.. that's how threatened I felt.. There are other places to go.You're going to lose a lot of business in this town ..People share information read more

Very irresponsible people..Sunday 9.50 am and still closed. 04/14/2024..other than that, very good nice, clean place

Awful experience here. I dropped off my laundry before 7 AM and was told it would not be ready until 6 PM. I arrived at 6:30 PM to pick up my clothing. The lady behind the counter kept telling me to wait because they were going over their books. After waiting for a while she asked my name. Then she told me that my laundry was still in the dryer. She told me that I would have to come back later. When I came back I found my laundry not folded but everything lazily placed on hangers. Even my nightgowns. Underwear wasn't folded and socks were not paired. Do not bring your clothing here to wash and fold. They will not be ready on time and they will not be folded. Coming here is a total waste of time and money. Stay away read more

Finally found a laundromat close to home. Not only was it open, but it was super clean and neat. We had the pleasure of meeting Tina and she let us in last minute to wash one much needed bag of clothes. She was very attentive and helpful. We even got to watch our favorite show "Americas Got Talent". Everything was super organized and the AC was ice cold, which is very uncommon at any laundromat I've been to before. We plan on coming back and finally rest assure to use them for our dry cleaning as well. Highly Recommend this place. read more

Dania Beach Coin Laundry - They took my $10 she's like there's nothing I can do it's the Wi-Fi. - Laundromat Near Me - Dania Beach, Florida

Yes, the laundry mat is generally clean and it's a good space and the staff is professional. Very good location indeed. So at first I thought I found my "home" laundry mat....but some of the negatives are prominent. Although the purpose of being at a laundromat is to wash your clothes and not be in the bathroom the fact that you cannot have pressure in the sink in the bathroom to wash off the soap on your hands or to wash off you soapy bottle or just was your hands, is a nuisance & there are no paper towels in the bathroom to dry your hands nor is there an air vent dryer. The toilet was absolutely nasty - see pic . The equipment is generally very old. The dryers - well the 2 that I used sounded like they were about on their last leg...yes they were noisy. read more

This laundromat is very clean and has very helpful staff. It was my first experience at a laundromat ever and I have to say I am very happy. I initially tried to go to a CleanWave laundromat near my house but walked out in embarrassment as I could not figure out how to properly operate the equipment and there was no employee in sight to assist me. As I was leaving, I was approached by a man (who did not work there) in the parking lot who offered to help me and asked me why I was leaving so soon without doing my laundry. He explained how their machines only accept a preloaded card that you have to purchase inside. But it was too late. I wasn't going back in after leaving. I declined his help and let him follow me on instagram (sigh) and decided to call my second alternative (which is now my first) Dania Beach Coin Laundry. Their employee, Shelley, picked up the phone and I explained to her my situation and she answered all of my questions about how the payment worked and even offered to help me when I arrived there. And bonus points to them because their machines actually accept debit cards instead of making you load money onto another card like at CleanWave. They also have change machines inside which is a huge help. These features make the payment process simple and stress free. When I arrived, Shelley immediately realized I needed help and approached me and asked if I needed assistance. She remembered our phone call and brought me to the back where it was nice and private, which was very considerate. She explained how the machine worked, where to put the detergent, and how the payment worked and answered all of my follow up questions. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking either. The machines I used were large and worked very efficiently. The largest ones are $7 per load and it cleaned most of my clothes (about 2 x-large loads). The large dryers are $1.50 per 24 minutes and I was able to dry my clothes within an hour. A pure miracle for me who usually spends an entire day doing laundry. The facility as a whole was very quiet and clean for a Saturday. Super embarrassing story but I am sure I am not the only one. Once again thank you so much Shelley! Without you I would still have dirty laundry. :) read more

Ok so I've never been to a laundry mat but I called to make sure they open and which they were but they said the last wash is at 8pm and they close at 9pm. It's was 8:15pm and I really needed to wash my clothes for work tomorrow, I know I procrastinated BUT I explained to them that I really need to come and atleast get it washed and not dry if that's possible, they allowed it and was nothing but nice and helpful. They accept credit cards thank God, That's all I had and also they don't just sit around all day. They are cleaning trying to keep this place looking and smelling good!! I feel clean coming into this laundry mat! I will be back again if I need it! read more

The morning woman on Sundays is constantly in a daze, it seems like she can't even keep her eyes open half the time, Shelley I think her name is. There is always some homeless lady hanging around in the morning too. I used to really enjoy this laundry since it's updated and cleaner, but I think I'll look for another since the staff is always using the large dryers, and bigger washer. read more

There is a new owner who is renovating the place, new machines and all. The biggest complaint I have is that the employees ALWAYS HAVE THEM TAKEN UP and you never get to use them. It's so annoying and deters me from coming back. Why have new machines if customers can never use them? read more

Nice and quiet space to do laundry. Good prices and professional service. Compared to other places in my area this one beats them all.

Let me first tell you, I have been going here for over 10 years...Yes 10. Ever since the owners took over this place has gone totally down hill. Walk in, you are greeted with the fresh smell of mold..Misty and mold smelling..Next you will notice, that the seals on all the washers, are disgusting. Caked on dirt, mold, totally disgusting. Washers/Dryers broken for quite some time...I opened 5 top loaders, you know where you put the soap, bleach, and softener in...YUK...disgusting. Mold...The tops of all the washers, filthy.. There are white counters which separate the rows of washers...That hasn't been cleaned for months. Oh the ceiling fans...well, while I was there today, a glob of dirt flew off. I also mentioned this to another customer, she also agreed. The attendant there today followed me out the door, agreeing that it does smell, and yes it is dirty, but the dirt is only from today.... I don't think so. Hopefully the owner will read this, and clean the place up. I have noticed that this place is in no way as busy as is used to be. Darlene R. read more

I have been going to this laundry mat for over (2) years. Great employees, great service, friendly people! My problem with the business is that they are forcing you to put $1.00 in the dryers to even make them work for you. You use to only have to put in .25 cents at a time to make them work for you. The owner is forcing you to put in more money when you may not need $1.00 to just dry a shirt for example! You should be able to use .25 cents at a time and now be forced to pay more to dry your laundry. I come here every 2 weeks and they will lose my business because they are forcing you to pay more to use the dryers! read more

So I come here quite a bit, never had an issue before but it seems as though somethings up. I always go in around 3 maybe 4 like I was today. Ive never seen the place so dirty. Between the detergent on the floor and the overflowing garbages I just gotta say its a good thing this isnt my first time coming here because it would most likely be my last.Theres a sweet spanish lady and helpful girl with tattoos there normally but I didnt see either one.... makes me think maybe its time to switch up my routine because it was sad to see it like this, its usually so clean and tidy which is a big reason I come here. read more
