I had an issue with one of the washing machines, it didn't have water and was doing complete dry cycle because had drained it due to a machine malfunction. soon I let the person who was taking care of the laundry know, but she told me that she couldn't give me any credit simple like that, she told me severals absurd justifications to make me believe that the machine was working perfect,...as if I were a fool or 5 years old. This is bad and irresponsible service from personal attending this place...so now I know, I have to wash at my own risk or find other coins laundry. Simple like that. read more

Not a bad price. .25 for 6 min dry time not bad I was stuck In fort Lauderdale due to the flooding and rain for an extra three days and had to do a wash for clean clothes. It did what it was supposed to do. It cleaned and dried my clothes. There is an attendant on site and this place uses card or coins. Which was pretty handy. They also sell laundry supplies also. The customer base can be weird. One other patron was wearing an arrest ankle bracelet because she got in a fight with someone. And another commented on how "sexy" and "fancy" my underwear was. Like really? Maybe it's cause my underwear wasn't full of holes and stained? Idk. But the wash and dry was quick and they have plenty of machines. This is our 3rd time washing at this location, me and my family were harassed by the 2 older lady's that work at night. They rushed us out when all we needed was to dry our clothes way before 11 pm. We washed at this location during the day before the super bowl and the young lady that works in the morning gave us great customer service and was very kind to us and our children. I recommend no one washes here at night if you want to encounter the laundry police. read more

I would just like to say I have been coming here for years. I come every Saturday or I come on the days where Patty is there because I know that if I need help she'll help me. That is a very big thing for me because I really need some help sometimes or just someone to talk to. Now Patty she she gives her all at the workplace as she does laundry everyone leaves her from other shifts. I watch her every week and she goes above and beyond cleaning and taking paint off the walls so that new paint can be added and she is really a hard worker. She makes sure that the machines work she makes sure everybody's safe in the place and she has a big enough personality to go in take care of issues that are outside of the place as well in the parking lot. she really makes the place safe and I really appreciate her so much. I know that new management has come in and perhaps they don't know who works for them and are getting to know their employees.....I know because I have seen other workers in there and nobody works as hard as Patty and I'm not just saying it because I've known her for all these years I say it because it's the truth and so you know you should really look at your workers and and give them a really good bonus this this Christmas because they deserve it very thankful for Patty and for the cleanliness of the laundry mat. Just moved to Florida for school, and spent the first month jumping from laundromat to laundromat to try and find one that wasn't dirty and where the washers didn't smell like mildew. I finally landed on Washcycle Coin Laundry and I haven't gone to any other laundromat since I've been down here. It's always clean, smells nice the moment you walk in, the washers don't smell like mildew, the attendants are super friendly, and even when it's busy there's always a washer or dryer available and its still clean at the peak of their workday. There's more than enough places to sit if you like hanging out while your clothes finish, plenty of places to fold laundry, and snacks & drinks while you wait. The best part is you can use the Laundryboss App or use quarters, so if you only have one or the other you never have to worry. I'm so thankful I found this place, and even though it's almost a 20 minute drive from my apartment, I would much rather take the trip then take my clothes to be washed somewhere where it's dirty and smelly. read more

Last night the older Spanish lady that was working let us come in at about 9:45 to wash our clothes , we came back and put them in the dryer at about 10:15 , when we came back at 10:50 to pick up our clothes, they said they were CLOSED and she set the alarm so could not go to get my clothes. meanwhile my clothes for work in the morning were inside . Knowing she let me in at 9:30 to wash my clothes, then she tried to tell me that she closed at 10? When I just went to put my clothes to dry at 10:15 and she did not warn me or say anything! , and the hours on the door say CLOSE A 11PM. Place is so clean, cooled with AC. Arcade games and tv to make the time pass by when doing your own. Wash took 18min, dry about the same. Really does go by fast. This place really deserves no stars at all. Place is standard in terms of any laundry mat, but bathroom does not have a lock on the inside and the interior looks like you will catch a disease if you breathe inside for a minute too long. Truthfully, that's probably what most people expect at public bathrooms, so we'll let that one be. However, the killer for this laundry mat is the worker who was refusing to return money back due to the damage of their own appliances. One arcade machine stated a certain amount of coins for a game. Once it did not work, and the employee was notified of the issue, she refused to give the money back and actually insisted we put more money in to make it work! What the hell makes one think adding more money to a broken machine will fix it? Did not budge to return the money and refused to tell us their store number and was apprehensive to tell us any managerial names. We all know laundry mats are not where anyone goes for 5 star customer service, but to be so blunt to try and rip people off and not apologize for the store's issues is not acceptable anywhere. Stay clear of this area unless you want to spend more money here than another place down the street just to wash and dry some clothes, and have a dying debate with an imbecile. read more

Update! Yes, the owners put in soap dispensers in the bathroom, that doesn't change the fact that they are dirty constantly. I wouldn't be patting myself on the back for making the bathroom sanitary, it should have been that way in the first place. The lint traps seem to NEVER be clean and you can tell with the results of the dried cloths. The water in the washer never gets hotter than Luke warm, from my experience, and its 4 minutes of drying time for 25 cents. If you look in between the washers it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. In my opinion, the old woman that is the "owner" is very unprofessional. Luckily I found a better laundry down the street that have the best dryers and a CLEAN INTERIOR and TRUSTABLE employees that I trust leaving my things there with. This will HAPPILY be my last week here :) read more

I frequent the WashCycle monthly with an abundance of sheets and towels. Today I was approached by what seemed to be the "owner" (an elderly man with I believe a Canadian accent ) who approached me with unsolicited advice. He let me know that my dryers were a bit too full and that they don't work as efficiently when you can't see the back of the drum while the laundry is circulating in the dryer. I responded OK ( after all I never ask him for his advice or opinion it's just laundry after all). But what made me laugh to myself was that he took a load of laundry from a washer and proceeded to overfill the dryer where are you can't see the back of the drum while spinning. I so wanted to reciprocate with unsolicited advice right back at him but instead I just held it... After all it's proper to be respectful to the elderly. LOL read more

They don't let you wash after 9:10 pm . Because they want to close by 11 Pm. So not valid on Hours! I would not recommend this place.

My husband and I like coming to do our laundry here. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and courteous. They sell laundry supplies if you run out or forgot to pack your own. They have multiple folding tables to help you with your folding and organizing and packing. You can even let them do your laundry for you if you don't have the time to do it yourself. This is a one stop for all your laundry needs. This establishment is kept clean, it's air-conditioned and they even have TVs to watch to help pass the time. This is the only Laundromat we like here in Dania and we've tried them all. I love the huge washers and driers and they have blue sun filtering sheeting to keep it comfortable inside. I will never come to this laundry mat again. Not due to rude staff but merely the fact it's so dirty that I feel like I need to wash my clothes again. Yes they have wifi and a cool arcade for kids... but the floor is disgusting and full of water by some washers. Also the dryers don't seem to work as well as other places. I've never had to pump so many quarters into a machine to get the smallest load dry. Never again. Stay away. read more
