I met the ladies who work here a few weeks ago when I moved to area and needed a reliable place to do my laundry. I feel in very good hands with Elsa and Lucy and know they care about their customers, both drop off and in-store. read more

Elsa and Shiela are absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I are from New York, and we stayed in the Miami area for over a month. We needed a place to do our laundry, and we chose Laundry Busters because of their long hours and prices. Yes, you need to drop it off and pick it up unlike those start up services that do drop off/pick up for you, but you have a car anyway so it's not too bad. Besides, Elsa is one of the nicest, funniest, and sweetest human beings ever. I looked forward to picking up and dropping off my laundry just so I could see her and catch up with her. Throughout the weeks we stayed in Miami, we got to know Elsa better. She always greeted us with a positive attitude and a smile. Our laundry was always folder perfectly and smelled amazing. I think we paid $20 each time for 2 people's laundry every 2 weeks. It was totally affordable (they charge $0.99 to $1.33 per lb I think. The $1.33 option includes more expensive detergent and softener) Highly recommend laundry busters :) read more

I disagree with anyone who gives this laundromat a low rating. Everyone we met that works here has such a great personality ready to help. I saw some ratings about people getting upset about dry cleaning if you have high priced items you need washed maybe you should take it to a high end place. This place is reasonably priced, they have a wash and fold service for like $1 per pound I think, very helpful to get us back on track with our laundry read more

I would give no stars if possible going to this place cost me $500 they ruined my chrome heart shirt extremely rare only worn one time they told me I had to call the place I bought it at for them to replace it for me they completely denied ruining the shirt put all the blame on me and the supplier of the shirt read more

Avoid this cleaners at all costs. The owner is very unprofessional and doesn't take responsibility for the mistakes that her cleaners make. Ruined two shirts and tried to put the blame on the manufacturer. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! read more

Upon entering establishment the employee verbally attacked me by stating that "oh hell no you can't be bringing that in here" as i started to load the commercial washer with my two bathroom rugs and a kitchen rug. Rather than politely tell me they don't allow for those to be cleaned in their machines. A little politeness and courtesy can go a long way. I picked up my basket and left. Hope others have a better experience. read more

So just yesterday i was at this laundry and wow the owner was there degrading her workers threatening to take away their pay now i see these women weekly and they work so hard. The owner is rude and so nasty to them as well as to the customers. Her treatment of them is really bad i dont even know how they stay. I will never step foot in there again. The older lady that used to work there left becauae she could not take the abuse anymore from the owner God bless those womans. I wish them the very best and hope they wake up read more

I have been going here about twice a month for almost 5 years now and to be honest I am embarrassed I never took the time to do a review and compliment the people that manage and run this laundry on their great service. They not only do a fantastic job with the wash, dry, and fold service but they are also extremely friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and even when they have been crazy-busy I have always been greeted with a smile! This is what customer service should be like everywhere! read more

This place stands out as one of the best experiences I've had taking care of my laundry! The lady's that work here are friendly, helpful, and top notch! I will continue coming here only for the fact that they care, they are friendly, and always has a smile on their face! It's truly hard to find good customer service and people who do good and promptly work. Worth every cent to do business here. Thanks! read more

This place is amazing , friendly staff and great results . I am a repeat customer that always leaves satisfied . There wash dry fold service is a lifesaver . Drop it off and later that day I am putting my clothes away already folded neatly or hung on hangers . The best part is you can't beat the pricing . They also offer free downy on specific days . And over all is a 5 star laundry . read more

I have been coming to this place for many years and I have not been disappointed. The staff is amazing and the parking is easy. All the machines are working right and are maintenances daily. It's close to Oakwood plaza so I can run and do other errands while I wait. It's all around a good spot to wash if you need to. read more

I go here about once a week to get the 1 day wash and fold. Every time I have been the lady behind the counter has been very friendly and helpful. My clothes are done on time or early every time and the prices cannot be beat. If you are too busy to wash your clothes on a regular basis and want them back promptly I would highly recommend Laundry Busters. read more

I am very happy with the services provided by Laundry Buster's. Spotless clean, fair price, quick and timely service. They send you a text message when your load is ready (if you are dropping off and picking up later. I've been coming here since March and have never had a problem. read more

This was my first time going to a Wash and Fold. We had a ton of laundry that would have taken us all weekend to do. I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Depending on the amount of clothes they said they can turn it around it 2 hours. The place is not at a busy shopping center at all and I actually wasn't even sure it was open when I got there. The lady behind the counter was very pleasant. My wife was ecstatic when we got the clothes back all folded. It took us less then 15 minutes to put everything away. The whites got clean; except that my daughters white socks that were black from her walking around with them did not get 100% white, but I don't think that is something they could have fixed. They got clean and a lot whiter but they probably need to be run through another load with bleach or they just need to be thrown out. We are definitely going back. read more

I was excited to find a place with large washers close to home, only to be let down by the dryers. After putting $8.50 in the second machine, it wouldn't start turning. The first machine I loaded worked fine and was pretty full. The second machine was a quarter full and wouldn't turn. When I asked for the money to move the laundry to another machine, I was asked to pull half out and move it to another machine. What was going to cost me $17.00, ended up costing me $25.50 due to lack of maintenance on the machines and poor customer service. Tip it off, the blond lady pulled my clothes out without asking while being rude and dropped my underwear on the floor. YUK! She was telling at me and making a scene. All I could muster was telling her not to touch my laundry. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Overall the place does what it's advertised to do but... One of the ladies is super rude. We came in and the lady gave us a face, we were visiting Florida and had never gone to a public laundromat, so we didn't know much, we asked politely but she gave us and Attitude. She went outside to smoke a cig and we needed to buy detergent, so we went to the front desk, she open the door and said "what". Half the machines in the place are out of order and almost all machines say that if the machines eat coins that there will be absolutely no refund, which is ubsurd. I will never come back to this place and I advise that not to go here. read more

This place is not only staffed by meth heads, it is like dating one. You may get your laundry back, neat and hung on hangers. You may be told that it is not ready (this week) as some tweaker got the order all wrong. If this happens multiple times they will swear they called you and left a message and that for various reasons the entire situation is your fault, even when it's patently untrue. There are no discounts. This last time, (the last time ever, I swear), I made the lady at least admit that she was lying before I paid for my belated order. I was polite about it (frankly, I sympathized that she had to work there) but I left fuming. read more

This was my first time going to a laundry mat and my experience was great. The woman at the front desk was very helpful in guiding me which machines to use (I had a ton of pillows and blankets so I used three of the large load machines). The place wasn't busy. It was clean, they had a couple tvs and a vending machine. I would come here again. read more

Great little place. Staff is great. Machines are cheap. Air conditioner works well. And its coin operated which is so much better than using laundry cards. Keepin it old school. Love it. Deff my new place of choice for a quick laundry session. read more

This place is great ! I went and got free softener one day , they have free wifi and televisions. I usually do my own laundry but when I get backed up they bail me out . Everything is just how I want it , hung up and folded professionally. I have no complaints read more

This was my first time going there, and I dropped off 16 pounds of laundry to be washed, dried and folded. They had it ready the next day and even offered to have it ready the day I brought it. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the washers operate. I figured I'd be here at least an hour and a half to two hours but looks like I'll be out of here within one hour. The place isn't huge though, and even though they have a good amount of different sized washers to choose from they're hard to get even on a weekday and the layout of the place makes it difficult to maneuver. Prices are reasonable however so no complaints there, dryers are only $0.25! I will definitely be coming back. read more

This laundry is a great place to do self serve or dropping off your laundry. Attendants are very helpful. They do a super job on the wash, dry, fold. They are very helpful, the laundry has free wifi and the day I was there they had free soap and softener day. I now won't go anywhere else read more

I started using this place in 2005 for all of my laundry needs for my Yacht Detailing Company. They had every size machine that I needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. After working on the boats all day the AC was a blessing and how clean the whole place was was more than appreciated . When I had a deadline I was even able to drop things off and pick them up "boat ready". I STILL go there and they have since added free Wi-Fi and big screen TV's. They have even gone so far as to start offering free soap and softener. read more
