I disagree with anyone who gives this laundromat a low rating. Everyone we met that works here has such a great personality ready to help. I saw some ratings about people getting upset about dry cleaning if you have high priced items you need washed maybe you should take it to a high end place. Elsa and Shiela are absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I are from New York, and we stayed in the Miami area for over a month. We needed a place to do our laundry, and we chose Laundry Busters because of their long hours and prices. Yes, you need to drop it off and pick it up unlike those start up services that do drop off/pick up for you, but you have a car anyway so it's not too bad. Besides, Elsa is one of the nicest, funniest, and sweetest human beings ever. I looked forward to picking up and dropping off my laundry just so I could see her and catch up with her. Throughout the weeks we stayed in Miami, we got to know Elsa better. She always greeted us with a positive attitude and a smile. Our laundry was always folder perfectly and smelled amazing. I think we paid $20 each time for 2 people's laundry every 2 weeks. It was totally affordable (they charge $0.99 to $1.33 per lb I think. Upon entering establishment the employee verbally attacked me by stating that "oh hell no you can't be bringing that in here" as i started to load the commercial washer with my two bathroom rugs and a kitchen rug. Rather than politely tell me they don't allow for those to be cleaned in their machines. A little politeness and courtesy can go a long way. I picked up my basket and left. So just yesterday i was at this laundry and wow the owner was there degrading her workers threatening to take away their pay now i see these women weekly and they work so hard. The owner is rude and so nasty to them as well as to the customers. Her treatment of them is really bad i dont even know how they stay. I will never step foot in there again. I have been coming to this place for many years and I have not been disappointed. The staff is amazing and the parking is easy. All the machines are working right and are maintenances daily. Overall the place does what it's advertised to do but... One of the ladies is super rude. We came in and the lady gave us a face, we were visiting Florida and had never gone to a public laundromat, so we didn't know much, we asked politely but she gave us and Attitude. She went outside to smoke a cig and we needed to buy detergent, so we went to the front desk, she open the door and said "what". Half the machines in the place are out of order and almost all machines say that if the machines eat coins that there will be absolutely no refund, which is ubsurd. This was my first time going to a Wash and Fold. We had a ton of laundry that would have taken us all weekend to do. I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Depending on the amount of clothes they said they can turn it around it 2 hours. The place is not at a busy shopping center at all and I actually wasn't even sure it was open when I got there. The lady behind the counter was very pleasant. My wife was ecstatic when we got the clothes back all folded. It took us less then 15 minutes to put everything away. The whites got clean; except that my daughters white socks that were black from her walking around with them did not get 100% white, but I don't think that is something they could have fixed. They got clean and a lot whiter but they probably need to be run through another load with bleach or they just need to be thrown out. We are definitely going back. read more

I was excited to find a place with large washers close to home, only to be let down by the dryers. After putting $8.50 in the second machine, it wouldn't start turning. The first machine I loaded worked fine and was pretty full. The second machine was a quarter full and wouldn't turn. When I asked for the money to move the laundry to another machine, I was asked to pull half out and move it to another machine. What was going to cost me $17.00, ended up costing me $25.50 due to lack of maintenance on the machines and poor customer service. Tip it off, the blond lady pulled my clothes out without asking while being rude and dropped my underwear on the floor. YUK! She was telling at me and making a scene. This place is not only staffed by meth heads, it is like dating one. You may get your laundry back, neat and hung on hangers. You may be told that it is not ready (this week) as some tweaker got the order all wrong. If this happens multiple times they will swear they called you and left a message and that for various reasons the entire situation is your fault, even when it's patently untrue. There are no discounts. This last time, (the last time ever, I swear), I made the lady at least admit that she was lying before I paid for my belated order. I was polite about it (frankly, I sympathized that she had to work there) but I left fuming. read more

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the washers operate. I figured I'd be here at least an hour and a half to two hours but looks like I'll be out of here within one hour. The place isn't huge though, and even though they have a good amount of different sized washers to choose from they're hard to get even on a weekday and the layout of the place makes it difficult to maneuver. Prices are reasonable however so no complaints there, dryers are only $0.25! I will definitely be coming back. read more

I started using this place in 2005 for all of my laundry needs for my Yacht Detailing Company. They had every size machine that I needed to get the job done quickly and efficiently. After working on the boats all day the AC was a blessing and how clean the whole place was was more than appreciated . When I had a deadline I was even able to drop things off and pick them up "boat ready". I STILL go there and they have since added free Wi-Fi and big screen TV's.
