I believe they can be cleaned much more but it's a public place can't have expectations too high. 2. It's usually quiet even when it gets busy. I don't feel rushed or like people are in my way. 3. I love that they do the reloadable card. I used to always have to change cash to quarters and I grew tired of that. 4. They offer wash and fold here but I haven't used that service . They also have vending machines with cleaning supplies . 5. I don't like the times on the machine they offer. Either it's way too much time or way too little time. 6. I believe they are pricy compared to other places I've been to. At least the dryers are. 7. Staff is always kind and helpful.

It has lots of washer and dryer availability and my favorite part about this laundromat is that it isn't a coin laundry. I always hate having extra quarters in possession after a laundromat visit. Like uses them? lol. Instead of coins, you load money to a card and pay for the washer and dryer that way. Wayyyyyyyy more convenient. I love that they have ample sitting as well and even allow you to connect to their Wi-Fi which was a win as I'd forgot to download my book to my Kindle device. The staff that was there was also very nice. She assisted me with adding money to the "wash card" and explained everything to me. Will definitely come back to this laundromat in the future.

Dryers cost 45 cents for 7 minutes, which is really a good deal because I only spent $4.50 to dry everything, including heavy towels and rugs. This laundromat deserves 5-stars because my clothes, towels, linens, and rugs smell so clean and my heart is happy.

But I'm not taking a star away for that. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because mask wearing isn't enforced. If you have signs posted on your doors then it should be enforced. If you don't have signs posted on your doors, then you get the extra star. But they do and they need to do a better job of it. As far as the facility goes, parking is plentiful. Usually I drop off my clothes to get washed and folded because I'm just one person and it's faster I can do my errands and then just pick up later in the night or next morning . I usually spend around $20 for a 1-2 weeks load . It's a fairly clean space and the machines are pretty good. The only terrible thing is the parking. Most of us have heavy things to unload so sometimes the parking in front is all taken and like today parking lot was flooded. Sometimes we park in the side for quick drop off or pick up but you block the road a bit. They have three vending machines with snacks/candy/drinks. When the items were…read morereturned, multiple pieces had clearly shrunk by roughly two sizes and were no longer wearable. These garments fit properly before service and were worn without issue. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

Besides, Elsa is one of the nicest, funniest, and sweetest human beings ever. I looked forward to picking up and dropping off my laundry just so I could see her and catch up with her. Throughout the weeks we stayed in Miami, we got to know Elsa better. She always greeted us with a positive attitude and a smile. Our laundry was always folder perfectly and smelled amazing. I think we paid $20 each time for 2 people's laundry every 2 weeks. It was totally affordable (they charge $0.99 to $1.33 per lb I think. The $1.33 option includes more expensive detergent and softener) Highly recommend laundry busters :)
