The prices are super reasonable, choice of machine and dryer sizes, including special machines designated for rugs and pet stuff. Plenty of folding tables and clean laundry carts that seemed brand new. True coin-op without needing a card or tokens. We came on a Saturday afternoon and there was a person at the desk, we didn't have any questions or problems although appreciated a person available! Drop off laundry service is offered. The washer and dryer performed perfectly and my son said the Wi-Fi worked great! My favorite part was the clean and sunny location, lots of windows and folding tables with sunlight, I loved it! read more

Ended here when my first choice laundromat was unable to answer my question. They dedicate one washer and one dryer to pet bed wash. The place is well lit and has a clean set up. TV has wholesome programs and there's a family feel. Most importantly, it was what I needed at the time and they answered my call on a Sunday evening. read more

Decided to check it out one evening and happy to say it is clean. It is rare to find a laundromat that is open late and is clean. The prices are fair and the dryers dry in one cycle. The washers are high efficiency so less soap is needed. I did notice an extra rinse cycle is offered so be sure to select prior to wash start. They also offer a washer specifically for pet items which is awesome. Overall good experience and definitely will be returning. Update: Not sure if it's the day you go. All I know is today it was different. Floor not so clean which is due to probably high traffic day. Would have put my laundry in the washer I used last time, but there was a cigarette butt in it. So moved to one two over. Just realized that for an extra rinse it's .50 more. Definitely better to come during the week rather than the weekend. Less people which during this crazy time is a plus. Other than that place is still worth a try. read more

Came in here around 9:30 in the morning and put a $20 bill in the machine. It gave me 3 quarters and then lit up red. By me coming here so many times and seeing the Laundry Aide worker CARMEN so much, I wasn't even worried about it. I contacted the number and spoke with the owner Bryan. He was extremely apologetic about it locking and not giving me my money. And also about the fact that CARMEN was supposed to be there and was probably running late. He told me to text him my name, the video I had taken and said that He would inform her and she would give me my money when she got there at 11am. Ok cool, no big deal. I always carry extra money as well, so it really wasn't that big of a deal. I proceeded to wash my three loads of clothes. Dried the three loads of clothes. And by the time my clothes were done, around 10:55 AM, Carmen was inside of the building. When I asked Carmen had she spoken to Bryan she awkwardly said no. I simply explained to her what happened and told her I'd spoken to my him on the phone and texted him. She checked the machine and then proceeded to tell me that there's no way it only gave me 3 quarters because it's empty. Then proceeded to tell me it's a computer machine. As if I really cared. I asked her plain and simple is she stating that I'm lying. We began to go back-and-forth and to be honest the whole time I was more frustrated over the simple fact that this lady thought that I would lie. Someone she had seen so many times that gives this place consistent business. It was weird. But it got terrible and ended in a bunch of words exchanged. To top it off, she even told me that the light wasn't lit red that was directly in front of me. I asked her was she stupid or stupid? She walked around, saw it and said "oh". I said clearly what you're seeing on the back end is not corresponding with what's happening on the outside. She did not want to admit that she was wrong. And had completely disrespected me trying to act like I would lie about $20. I come to wash my clothes peacefully. Let's just say I handed her, her life on a platter and walked away with grace :) And god forbid the machine doesn't give you your money for a larger bill while the little laundry worker Carmen isn't there.. you may be "lying" to her and end up having a full fledge argument over it. Even when you contacted the business owner Bryan the MOMENT it happened.. Ridiculous. All in all, I got my $20. And I won't be back again. read more

Terrible laundry they limit how much clothes you put in the washer and dryer They don't even have enough carts the use. Only TWO CARTS. The staff didn't even offer to get another cart out and it's early in the afternoon on a Wednesday. They should have more carts out especially if they charge high on there machines. read more

I was desperate as I just moved to Florida and needed to wash my family's clothes. Broken washer at rental was useless. Read the reviews for here and thought it was safe. I was wrong. I used their wash and fold service. As I'm on my own and can't leave my kids alone to do my laundry. Guy behind the counter seemed unconcerned and slightly annoyed at my questions. So I just handed over my clothes and paid for the cleaning fee. I got the cleaned clothes the next day. When I went through the bags at home I realized that the towels I gave them were not in the batch. Which is what I needed the most. We were using t shirts to dry off after a shower. So I called. They were confused but after a quick check they found them. And said they would be ready the next day. That night I went to put the sheets they cleaned for me on the bed. The flat sheet was missing! I went in (AGAIN) with the pillow cases of the 2 sets that were missing flat sheets. They took a picture and said they would call if they found them. They called the next day saying they found the sheets. But get this... they said, We'll drop the sheets off, but did you happen to find 2 or 3 pairs of black woman's shorts in your clothes. They seem to have misplaced some woman's shorts. I was so fed up and confused! Why are they cleaning peoples clothes if they don't know how to keep things separate!?! Are they mixing batches to save money? Ewe!!!!!! I mean really, what is going on??? All this to say: Will never go back there again! read more

Took the top of a sleep number mattress to get washed as they have giant front loaders that allow for the fabric to get cleaned without damaging it. This is my first time here but the place is spotless. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist. I highly recommend this business. read more
