I did a quick Yelp search to find a location and came across this place. I was pleasantly surprised upon walking in. It was cleaner than I expected and wasn't packed at all. I would definitely go back and have already recommended this place to a few people.

I move my clothes to the bigger dryer, I put like 45 to 50 mins AGAIN and the worker is like "you exaggerate too much" so much clothes in the dryer. That is very uncalled for, and extremely rude. Honestly, they need to communicate more with the customers advising what works and what doesn't! And need better workers who are actually nice. If you don't like your job, GET ANOTHER ONE. I won't be coming here anymore. Garbage place.

I used to go to the laundry in the Sedanos plaza down the street from here but after they're ruined my clothes multiple times, I decided to stop going there. It has lots of washer and dryer availability and my favorite part about this laundromat is that it isn't a coin laundry. I always hate having extra quarters in possession after a laundromat visit. I love that they have ample sitting as well and even allow you to connect to their Wi-Fi which was a win as I'd forgot to download my book to my Kindle device. The staff that was there was also very nice. She assisted me with adding money to the "wash card" and explained everything to me. Will definitely come back to this laundromat in the future.

Today I took a new suit for ironing. The owner and I both looked at it and joked around because I had already taken the old suit for dry cleaning. The suit is a very light color almost white. The owner called me to tell me that it had a ink stain. I could not believe it, I had bought the suit a day ago, I also took pictures of my husband wearing it to see if it matched my wardrobe. No stain on the picture where the alleged stain is. I also paid this lady ahead of time because I trusted her so. She would not admit that they messed up. I took it back to the store where I bought it and they refused to return the money claiming that it wasn't there when I bought it. I had to buy a new jacket and spend $80.00 again. A business that will knowingly not accept responsibility for their mess is not a trustworthy place. They, might have kept $7.50 but you have just lost 5 customers I had recommended. Next time keep the customer happy, especially one that supported you for so many years and stop denying what you know is true. Everyone, stay away!
