My first time ever using wash and fold service and it was a horrible experience. Picked up my clothes and my son PE uniform was missing . I went back to let the lady know but she couldn't even help me because she didn't understand English. She ended up reaching out to the manager who assured me that she would review the cameras, well she did and she said the PE uniform was placed in the back but she did also found another piece of my clothes that was not placed in the bag and I can come get. I know for a fact these people did not put that PE uniform in the bag because not only was that missing but the school jacket was missing also and she found it. I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. read more

I've driven past this place a couple times and I've been needing a place to do ALLLL of my laundry. Called ahead to see the cost and size of the dryer and the attendant was super friendly and informative! This place is kinda sorta close by so I know I'll be spending some time here. The place is HUGE, super clean and fresh with great music playing in the background. It's floor to wall windows give this place a bright feel. The washing machines are honestly my favorite part. THE WASHING MACHINES! The washers come in about 4 sizes. 2,3,4 & the biggest 6 loads. I used the biggest one to wash 2 king size comforter that fit nicely inside with extra space. A really cool this about these washers is that THEY USE AN APP!! I KNOW RIGHT! You can pick your washing temp and it'll Bluetooth right to the machine. You do have to manually start it with the actual *START* button, but cool nonetheless. Each wash is about 25 or so min! The dryers are HUGE and do a FANTASTIC job with drying and you don't even notice how long it takes to dry. Around 45 min if you're wondering. All in all this a great place to get laundry done! It's tucked away behind the family dollar so not a lot of foot traffic. Then again, I am in here on a Thursday afternoon so.. This will definitely become my home away from home read more

I left the place with a pile of wet laundry that I wasn't allowed to dry because they were gonna close (they close early). Staff a bit aggressive. Don't speak a word of English. Restricted dryer use: Was told by a worker that I cannot dry my 6 year old child's sneakers because the 'New Owner' does not want shoes in the dryer. This was never an issue prior to this day. read more

I have been going to this laundromat for a long time. I accidentally left laundry in the dryer overnight didn't realize until I was missing some cloths. Returned to see if they held them for me and their policy is when the owner comes at the end of day, he removes all cloths and doesn't give a shit. He throws them out, what a policy not thinking about the customer at all, some shirts are worth close to hundred dollars. I don't know how often this happens, but they don't want to take any responsibility, have a small area where you can keep these so customers can recover them. What a shame I like the laundromat because it was close, I will take my dollars elsewhere. Remember it's all about the money, could care less when a problem arises. read more

Convenient, clean, friendly. If you got dirty clothes, keep em in mind for sure.

The big issue that I have is that they don't follow there closing time. An old lady with glasses was kicking me out of the place at 9:30 pm while I had clothes drying. Online it says they close at 11pm. She was already kicking people out, and the last call to WASH is at 9:30. I left at 10:25 telling here that online it says 11pm. She said some gibberish about the cops arresting her for being open. A guy come up to pick up his dry cleaning or clothes, and she refuse him to enter at 10:27pm. This is not the only time this happen! The same lady would close the laundry mid day because she has something to do..... talk about great customer service. read more

Politely asked attendant to help me with a machine that was not working . Attendant stated "there's nothing I can do about that" . I'm not sure what her job description is, but she didn't bother to help me or see what the issue was. read more

Pros: there is A/C so no sweaty laundromat. The machines are brand new and leaves your clothes sparkling clean. Plenty of tables to fold your laundry and enough carts for everyone. Cons: just paying for the machine is super complicated in the kiosks that are supposed to make it easier and quicker. I also was a new customer so i downloaded the app but it would not work, it kept saying i have to download the latest update, but as I said I had just downloaded it. To top it off the lady who works there could not figure out why this could not work and she didnt speak English so she didnt know how to navigate the kiosk anyways. read more

I came in at 9:25 after lugging heavy loads of laundry. Upon entering a woman (Marjorie) rudely yelled across the laundry mat to tell me they were closed. I replied by asking that I thought the last wash was 9:30..she rudely replied "nope it's 9:29 oh well" I am appalled at the lack of customer service. I understand the last was rule, however I arrived prior to the cut off time. Very disappointed to be treated in such a nasty manner. read more

This place is nice with plenty of machines .I never have to wait...the drying on the other hand is crazy.. I just found out that they have different prices...the bigger dryers are 5min per quarter while the small 10min per quarter also I happen to accidentally leave some clothing in a washer since they were not near the rest since it was a small load.. I called to inquire about them and they will not answer or answer but hang up or forward to their machine....the ladies who work here are Hispanic...there is nothing wrong with that but they don't speak english...90% of the customers are black and its located in a black area you have to be able to communicate and not avoid customer service because you don't speak English...very very bad customer service and very disappointed. read more

Huge, clean, nice new laundromat. Prices are fair. I had a very small problem with a machine and staff fixed it immediately with a smile. Any issues and they are on it. I only wish they had more seating closer to the dryers. Overall I'm happy with it. read more

I wanted to give this place a good rating because it's conveniently located near my house, very modern in terms of technology, and has AC but my biggest issue is the dryers. You pay so much and yet the clothes are still wet. You will spend more money in drying than actual washing. One thing that the other laundry mats in the neighborhood have that is better than this place is consistent dryers with actual heat that won't break your wallet. The girl that worked there was really nice about trying to help but I just wanted my clothes dry. After a whole 1.5 hours you mean to tell me my clothes are still not dry?! I thought it was just me but I asked other patrons and they all agreed they would not be returning because the dryers suck. You pay $0.50 for 10 minutes and your clothes are still wet as though you just took them out the dryer. Other facilities in the area charge less and actually deliver for less than that. I would've gave them one star but the girl working the night shift was so helpful and really understanding. If management reads this like turn up the heat on the dryers. You are robbing people who work hard for their money. I had to leave and go spend more money getting my clothes dried at some place else. Avoid if you can because even though it's convenient as far as location is concerned it's not budget friendly when it comes to actually drying your clothes. Will not return. read more
