1. I asked for all 10 buttons on the my wedding suit jacket to be replaced and she kept my buttons 2. I asked that she reinforce all of the buttons on 2 of my wedding suit jackets. Several buttons on both jackets fell off. 3. I asked that she reinforce the bracket stitching that holds the jackets together but instead she put metal brackets in the jackets that did not hold up, ripped my material, and came off. They were also visible when you closed the jacket and they were not supposed to be. 4. This was my wedding and both of my jackets were ruined. She should not have used those metal brackets and she should have reinforced the buttons. 5. I requested a refund what I paid for the service and never got it. read more

I never wrote a review because I was just to annoyed. I found this place on yelp yes this lady has good reviews, except she ruined ALL 4 of my alterations. It was like she was not focused on what I was saying when she did my alterations. All my jeans have the original hem placed back on but the bottom of my jeans look like they ALL have a bubble. Then another I wanted hemmed she cut and misunderstood so I had to explain and then when I went back she hemmed them to short. Now I can only wear sneakers under the jeans because they flare out because they are to short. I am just extremely annoyed because one pair was from Bloomingdales are were expensive. read more

Out of 5 pants only 1 fits the way it's supposed to. It was simple just the hem for all 5 of them. I tried them wearing my shoes for to make sure it could get only one break, I also said there was no rush to get them back. Well guess what now my pants drag below my ankle hitting the floor. If a tailor can't understand the client and also give feed back I don't see how they get in the business. Now I have to find another person that can fix them because I can't wear such pants so $12 for the hem and now I have to pay someone else to fix, amazing job and making ppl waste their money and time. The only reason I decided to visit her store was for convenience as it is under my building but totally waste of my money. Pants where not even ironed when I picked them up, not hanged or even ironed on the bottom where the marks for the hem still shows. I took 2 pairs of jeans in to have them hemmed. Since it is less expensive to have new hems put on, I opted to take that option.
