This place is like a UPS Store but they offer so much more, such as passport services, fingerprinting services, notary, and of course regular mail service VIA USPS and and not use UPS. When I arrived, Jaime (male) assisted me in using the fingerprint machine which is all done electronically; gone are the days of using an ink pad, or the ink roller that takes a heap of thick ink that's rolled on a piece of paper. I can't say enough nice things about Jaime...his whole attitude and humble service was so uncompelling, I honestly wished the world was filled with Jamies... His quiet demeanor threw me off a bit as I'm not sure if he's the owner or not but he's been there for a while. I hope he's the owner and reaping in hug amounts of cash; this person changed my day from an incredibly bad one needing to spend it at a lab place down the street with some nitwit of a nasty woman.

I asked the two beautiful young ladies what was that smell was it a shampoo what were they wearing what did they burn. The graciously gave me a card that had the only information and they sprayed the card so if I would remember the sent. That was just one little detail along with their smiling faces, sunny disposition, willingness to help effectively and professionally, and the fact that they taped the box no charge were all just my reasons for calling this place my UPS store. It's the only courier shop that has a 4 star rating while take a look at the grumbling reviews on any platform they don't exceed 2 star. It's clean, well stocked, neat, offers a host for great services including notarizing, shredding, printing etc and the staff is stellar and always helpful. They are all UPS stores but franchises so you are dealing with small shop owners. Even if I have a closer UPS I make it here hands down. I support great local businesses.

I have very mixed feelings about this FedEx after a couple trips here. The location is convenient…read moreto get to for me and has ample parking for the size of the shipping center. If you come during lunch or earlier afternoon, the place can be packed though. One thing I found that helps the process is fill out forms ahead of time and have a FedEx account connected to a credit card for faster processing. Some of the employees are helpful, while others leave a lot to be desired! Sometimes they let you use the hand truck to bring in packages. but one time I was told no customers can't use it. My biggest issue is inconsistent service, for example employees accurately measuring boxes. I've been shipping the same size box multiple times lately, but each time the individual who is helping me will measure the box (even when I've told him or her the size) and then proceed to get a totally different measurement (even though the size I've given them is correct). This is an annoyance because some employees will measure the box smaller or larger than the actual size, which requires me either correcting them or contacting FedEx regarding refunds. I've found it is best to send the boxes to a FedEx Office Center where the recipient can pickup the box, which brings down shipping costs and they will hold packages for up to 6-days (Note: This is not a FedEx Office Center, it is instead a FedEx Ship Center; so you can't ship packages to this location to be picked up by a recipient).

I was surprised each time by the customer service of the girl at the front desk, who was always a little bit rude and unwelcoming, but I let it slide. Today it surpassed all levels. My husband dropped off a business package for DHL at 1pm on Tuesday. We printed the labels, and they applied them and took the packages. According to the website, pick up is daily at 5pm. I see from the tracking that the packages haven't moved. These are urgent international business packages, extremely expensive, and prompt shipments are vital. I called on Wednesday, and was told that DHL didn't come Tuesday, but they would be coming on Wednesday. Again, Thursday morning there is no update, I called and she said DHL didn't show, and I can come pick up the packages. My husband went to pick up the package, and he complained about the service, saying that the customer should be called and informed that there was no pickup, and that timeliness is extremely important. She said "Don't tell me how to do my job", and said "I'm not giving you the packages", and proceeded to take them to the back and said "Have a good day". My husband said "what is your name, you're rude. Give me my packages". She ignored him continuing to the back with the packages, and so he walked behind the counter to retrieve our packages, videoing to document. She turned around and said "Rude?" and made a fist, and began to physically hit and slap him to prevent him from taking the packages. We have it all on video, and I'm sure it is on video inside the store. This is attempted theft and physical assault, my husband is quite shocked and upset. This is absolutely unacceptable. We expect to be provided with a phone number or email through which we can reach the OWNER ASAP for an explanation, or else we will file a police report.

Prior to shipping, I visited the shop to get an estimate of the cost. Kristell was thereby herself and there were about 3 customers. She made contact with all of us and made sure we were all greeted. She was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable with all guests. My shipping was a bit complicated but with her guidance, it went very smooth. When I brought the product on Sunday to ship, Kristell was there again, by herself. I was expecting it to take a long time but she made it very easy and it took about 10 minutes. I would drive out of my way to go to this small shop because of the great staff. In addition, I priced the same shipment and UPS and it was triple the cost. I read some of the other reviews and I am pretty critical when it comes to customer service. I do not know if the negative remarks were made for another location by mistake or people just like to complain, but this shop is very neat and efficient. They provide the t-shirts, ink pens and other items we always use. The service has been great each time. Well, from my observation there is a great team of an older gentleman, a middle age gentleman and a younger gentleman who all work well as a team and project the same professionalism to each and every customer who walks in the door.
