Full Review: Last May, my boyfriend was in charge of organizing an event at his local university. The event was a week long "dissertation retreat", designed to help graduate students currently working on their doctoral dissertation with any issue related to writing. Since this was the first event of its kind, my boyfriend wanted to make sure he had the most professional looking posters possible--but the posters also had to be fun and inviting. We contacted Luis at Art Spark, and the results could not have been better! Luis is the guy in charge at Art Spark, and it's easy to tell why. He's talented, professional, quick on his feet, and willing to work with you every step of the way. He met with my boyfriend personally to discuss his (my boyfriend's) initial ideas, and from that meeting, came up with a design that matched everything he wanted--and then some. His poster design was classy and fun. My boyfriend liked working with him so much, that he commissioned Luis again to design a poster we gave to a group of friends for Christmas (it was filled with a lot of nerdy inside jokes). Luis even remembered who we were! Fast forward to after Christmas, and all of our friends have framed their copy of the poster. One of the best parts about working with Luis is how trustworthy he is. When you call him up, you know that he's going to do everything he can to deliver something that you can be proud of. He does everything in house--and the quality speaks for itself. He's as trustworthy as he is talented! So if you ever need something designed, don't hesitate to check out Art Spark!

I commissioned Luis to draw a mock book cover for me, and I had a mental image of what I wanted. After a brief consultation, I felt confident that I would get what I wanted. However, the finished product blew my mind. It was like he hit the "Print" button in my brain. It was exactly what I wanted, and then some. He even worked on and sent an alternate piece, just in case, which in my opinion is way above and beyond the call of duty. I can't stop looking at it, because I am totally in love with the image. I find myself looking at it on my phone every 5 minutes because it is just so perfect! And the turn-around time was also lightning fast. I will never go anywhere else for my graphic and design needs, and neither should you!!!

Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. David did…read morenot communicate with us how our book would be printed- and the pages ended up being in the wrong order. He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate- aside from the fact that the book came out wrong. DO NOT PRINT HERE.

The next day, David called to tell me that the programs were ready. They were beautiful! I was expecting them to be 8.5 x 5.5 but they were 8.5 x 11, which was the layout that I sent him.
