At many times through the rush of everyday requests and demands, the occasional thanks can be taken for granted. As a result, I am extending this appreciation in written form. I believe it is well past due to formally extend my gratitude and deep appreciation for not only the work well done, but also for your professionalism, and the quality of final product and services rendered. All companies are simply a name; but it is what represents the name that makes it recognized. That typically comes through leadership and staff. A1A Signs and Services excel in both. Many times over the years that your company has been contracted to Miami-Dade County, specifically we at General Services Administration, have always placed demanding deadlines in order to help us satisfy our clientele. You have relentlessly on each and all occasions managed to support us by meeting the insoluble limits provided. You and your staff within this past week proved yourselves again by beating all odds in meeting a crucial deadline for the Dade County Inn Transition South Battered Women's Center. This project included the fabrication of 128 signs of various sizes, and many of them involved the fabrication of architectural units as well as pylon units. This project would typically take three to four weeks. However, my request was for a one-week deadline and you managed to not only produce, but also install all sign requested. This task was remarkable and may I add your efforts are deeply appreciated by me and all concerned parties involving this project. It is extremely gratifying to have a valuable working relationship with providers of service, whether with fellow county agencies or with contractors. It is also rewarding to receive clientele satisfaction especially when we meet and beat the obstacles that at many times confront us to getting the job done. Without your understanding and willingness to provide the maximum support we would not be able to be as swift to the call as we have been. For all these reasons, please accept my gratitude and my appreciation and simply to say thank you. Sincerely, Michael Smart Graphic & Signage Supervisor Miami - Dade County General Service Administration

We design our own brochures so we made a pdf file, copied it to a CD, took it to three different printing companies and asked them to print a sample proof. The first company's proof was so bad and blurry, it was difficult to read the text. The second company's colors were so faded, all the photos looked gray. Both of them blamed it on our file. Then we took the same CD to Sir Speedy. We met with Dolores Torres, the Manager, and Richard Moffat, the Owner. They were extremely friendly and very professional. They were more than happy to print a proof for us and it looked amazing. The colors were perfect, the print was clear, and they used 100# paper (the other companies apparently had used 80#). We ordered 500 brochures on a Wednesday and were told we could pick them up on Friday. The next day at 10:00 AM I received a call from Richard telling me they were ready. We got them and believe it or not the actual brochures were even better than the proof. If you are in Downtown Miami or Brickell, this is the printing office to go to, and even if you are not, it will be worth the drive. We could not be happier, from now on we will fill all of our printing needs with Sir Speedy.
