Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. David did…read morenot communicate with us how our book would be printed- and the pages ended up being in the wrong order. He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us. Extremely unprofessional behavior and inappropriate- aside from the fact that the book came out wrong. DO NOT PRINT HERE.

The next day, David called to tell me that the programs were ready. They were beautiful! I was expecting them to be 8.5 x 5.5 but they were 8.5 x 11, which was the layout that I sent him. I ordered 3 prints from them, I had a buyer and I needed fine quality. When they arrived I was not…read moresatisfied about the quality at all, but foremost I had to reprint them locally since I had to re-sell them. I emailed Prints Giclee Shop and explained to them that I did not like the quality, and I had to print them locally and I asked for a refund. They didn't agree on the refund and said it was the quality of my files. Fine, I send the H-res images, the told me to mail them to Italy (I thought to use them as a gift for a friend since they are not ok to sell). However, I really did not need those prints anymore. They never gave me an estimate on that(sending them to Italy) and took the initiative to send 3 prints to my address in the US and THAT WAS IT. The worse part of this story is that we are a non-profit and sell prints for CHARITY to support children and adults victims of violence, so besides not having a lot of money we all work for free. It's really sad what they did, and it says a lot about the company.

They are very knowledgeable and are both willing to let you undertake your vision as you want or offer suggestions if you want. I had a piece where the artist signature was close to the edge and they suggested inverting the way we put the mats so that the signature would not be covered and I could still have 2 colors of mat to bring out colors. I had never seen this and it was a great idea. They are also quite fast and their prices are great. I am only sad that I did not find them before. Highly recommend.
