I've been here twice and honestly both visits weren't bad at all. Now it's always during back to school season so you already know what to expect. However, they've seem to be organized and I was in and out within 30 mins. But there are several factors to consider. I came right before it opened, and yes I still had to park a mile away. There was already a line outside prior to the doors opening up. I also purchase my child's uniform shirts beforehand. There's the option to buy shirts there but that's also another separate line. So in all, there are 3 lines. One to buy shirts, one to buy the logos/patches, and one to press the logo on the shirts. I was able to omit the shirt line and went straight to the purchasing the patches and then once I purchased them, I joined the line to press the logos on the shirts I already purchased at Old Navy overall, good experience. Around $40 to purchase 5 patches/logos. Employees are kind and helpful and everything seems to be organized and not chaotic. Praying all our babies have a fun and safe school year! read more

Absolute worst customer service experience. I put in an order for school uniforms three months ago and have received absolutely zero communication. No follow-up calls, no status updates, nothing. Trying to get in touch with anyone to find out where my order is has been impossible. They take your money upfront and then completely disappear. It is incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. I ordered an item online and used a promotional code for free shipping. My total payment was exactly the price for the item, shipping was FREE. Weeks went by, and I never received my order. I contacted Ibiley and was told they had accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address, which was completely an error on their part. I was then told they had corrected the address and shipped the item again. Another week passed, and still nothing. Then, completely unexpectedly, I received an email stating that I had been refunded--but NOT for the full amount I paid. The amount refunded was almost $10 short from what I originally paid. I contacted customer service to find out what happened. I was told the order had been canceled and refunded. When I questioned the missing money, I was told that I was responsible for the shipping cost. Um... what shipping cost?! My original order clearly showed FREE SHIPPING, and I had documentation proving that the amount I paid was exactly the price of the item ordered. I provided that documentation to the representative, yet they continued insisting that I was responsible for a shipping charge that was never part of my original purchase. To recap: * I paid for an item I never received. * Ibiley shipped my order to the wrong address due to an error on their end. * I was told the order was reshipped, but I still never received it. * The order was ultimately canceled and refunded. * Ibiley then kept approximately $10 of my money by claiming I owed a shipping charge that was not included in my original order and, more importantly, an item I never received!!! At that point, I had no choice but to contact my bank and dispute the full charge. Mistakes happen but what matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Unfortunately, Ibiley's customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse by refusing to acknowledge their error and insisting on keeping money that is clearly not theirs to keep. Absolutely horrible experience with Ibiley Uniforms. I ordered my son's school uniform over two weeks ago and still have not received it or even gotten a proper update. I have contacted them several times, and every response is basically the same: they're running late, I need to be patient, and I have to wait for an email telling me when my order is ready for pickup. No estimated timeframe, no helpful information, and the customer service is not friendly at all. On top of that, the lines at the store are ridiculously long. For a company that handles school uniforms and knows exactly when back-to-school season is every year, there HAS to be a better system in place. Parents should not have to order weeks in advance, repeatedly chase down their order, stand in long lines, and still have no idea when their children's uniforms will be ready. Dear Corporate Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the customer service I have received regarding an order I placed in June 2026 at a back-to-school event for BridgePrep Academy of ChampionsGate. I placed the order directly with one of your representatives at the event. At the time, I was assured that my complete order would be delivered to my home within approximately two weeks. My order did arrive about two weeks later; however, my son's jacket was missing from the order. I immediately called customer service to find out when I could expect the missing jacket. I was told over the phone that the order showed as fulfilled and that there was nothing they could do. I explained that the order was clearly not fulfilled correctly because the jacket I paid for was not included. Because I was not getting a resolution over the phone, I went to your Winter Haven location in person and spoke with Williams and Crystal. Both representatives explained that the jacket was on backorder and that the next shipment was expected to arrive on July 31st. I was assured that once that shipment arrived, my jacket would be shipped and that I should receive it within approximately two weeks. At that point, I was understanding and willing to wait. However, something told me to follow up again regarding the status of the order. I am extremely glad that I did because I was then told by customer service that I would not receive my son's jacket until September. Let me emphasize that this order was placed in June 2026. I also spent approximately six hours on hold waiting to speak with a live customer service representative regarding this issue. I have screenshots documenting the amount of time I waited, so I am not exaggerating when I say that I spent hours trying to get assistance with an order that should have been fulfilled correctly in the first place. I once again went in person to the Winter Haven location, where I was told that Williams would contact me that same day regarding the situation. I have yet to receive that call. What makes this situation even more upsetting is that this is not simply about receiving a jacket. My son has special needs and significant sensory concerns, and he gets cold easily. I specifically selected the jacket because it was the option that best suited his needs. The school does not allow students to wear outside jackets; they must wear the jackets or sweaters provided through the school. My son went to school today wearing the sweater that was provided as the alternative, and he has been uncomfortable and crying throughout the day because he does not like the way it feels. As his parent, it is incredibly upsetting to watch him struggle with something that could have been avoided if my order had been properly handled. I understand that items can go on backorder. What I do not understand or accept is being given multiple conflicting answers, having to repeatedly contact the company, spending six hours on hold, making multiple trips to the store, and still not receiving a clear or accurate resolution. As a parent of a child with special needs, I should not have to repeatedly explain my situation or chase down an order that I placed and paid for months ago. I should not be told one thing by one representative and then receive completely different information from another. At this point, I am requesting that someone from your corporate office contact me directly to address this matter and provide me with an accurate resolution and timeline for receiving the jacket I ordered and paid for. I have documentation and screenshots regarding the order, my communications, and the extensive amount of time I spent waiting for customer service, and I am prepared to provide them upon request. I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved promptly. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received, and I would appreciate having someone from corporate take ownership of this situation rather than continuing to send me from one department or location to another. I don't normally write reviews but for this to be a uniform store they sure aren't prepared for the school year I placed an order online over a month ago with no date or information on when I'm receiving my items. I placed order for in store pickup and when I check online it says shipping to my address. Over 2 hours waiting for rep with no resolve. Lucking the embroidery store not far had exactly what I needed. This is my first and last experience with this company. This is the best uniform store! The ladies there are SUPER nice! We receive excellent customer service everytime upon arrival and immediate response to our needs! I know it can get busy at times, but the ladies truly try to respond to everyones needs on a timely basis. With a little patience, we get a long way! Absolutely awful in every way. The uniform shirts and pants are extremely over priced but low quality. They are super stiff, uncomfortable to wear, and shrink quickly in the machine. I started buying uniforms at Target instead for cheaper and better quality. I would avoid this place all together if I could but had to buy stencils/school logos for the shirt here. A few weeks before school starts, this place becomes extremely unorganized - huge lines in the burning sun and no parking whatsoever. I went one night after work to get the stencils for the shirts I bought. Thankfully, they had that much common sense that night to form a different line for those who only needed stencils (which is a quick process) and one for those who need to pick out uniforms. I went and bought stencils. Part of the price includes them pressing it on the uniform shirts with the machine. I paid $111 for 14 logos. While I was in the process of getting the logos pressed on the shirts, I noticed a few of my shirts weren't the correct size. I told the lady I'd come back with the right ones. The next day I came back during my lunch break to finish the service I had already PAID for. The security was extremely rude and told me I have to stand in the 3hour line for people who still need to pick out informs. I explained I already paid and only need a quick application of the logos on 3 shirts. They wouldn't budge. I ended up going to the place that does my work uniforms and they applied the stencils at no costs for me. Avoid Ibiley at all costs! read more

I ordered uniforms for my son who is starting kindergarten. The package was lost by UPS, which is not Ibiley's fault, of course, but when this happens.. the business should make it right. I have called customer service 4 days in a row. I was told at one point I needed to take it up with UPS. Then I was told a replacement order would be placed, but nothing has happened. My son is going to start kindergarten without uniforms and I am livid. I have never experienced such abysmal customer service. They have extremely long lines outside the building with zero monitoring for order and zero crowd control management. It's a free-for-all with no clear indication of where the queue ends. Just frustrated customers talking over each other about the joy of sitting in summer heat outside. It's unfortunate they have a monopoly on public school uniforms in Miami-Dade and the county doesn't even consider whether this business is properly equipped to handle the back to school rush. Have had to place multiple orders with this place for school uniforms and literally every single time they find a way to screw it up. Wrong sizes, wrong quantities, missing items, you name it. I know what you're thinking: just place your order super early so you have plenty of time to get it fixed. We'll, they also take forever to process and ship your order, so by the time you get it, school has already started and your S.O.L. Also, good luck getting someone on the phone to fix it. Best case scenario they hang up on you, worst case they leave you on hold until you feel you've wasted enough of your time and give up. I find it incredibly ironic they have a rep replying to every negative review leaving a phone number to call to rectify the situation. I needed size 8/10 shirt... they covered up the size of the shirt with their own logo ( Ibiley) over the shirts logo ( Premiun wear ) which was a size 10/12.... After hearing horror stories about Ibiley, I found myself pleasantly surprised after my first visit. The store was very well organized even in the midst of back to school madness. Staff on the floor and at checkout were courteous and helpful. Now, the product... that's another story. At $15 a pop I'd expect polos to last at least until mid-year. These are my daughter's brand new polos after 1 wear and 1 wash. They look like they've been handed down from generation to generation. Her skorts are also exhibiting signs of extreme wear and tear after a couple of washes. I now have to razor off the little pillage balls before each wear. First time coming here to buy school uniforms for my daughter. It's back to school time and they have plenty of staff on hand however be ready for the long lines. They have uniform packages and do add patches to school shirts if you bought them else where. Patches for uniform shirts are $5 each of the shirts where bought somewhere else or $3 if you buy the shirts from them. Prices are a bit high compared to a lot of other stores and parking is limited in the area during this busy time. So I bought the uniforms and once I got home I realized I had bought the wrong size for a few of he shirts and I was able to exchange them without any hassle. read more

Terrible company. I ordered uniform shirts for my 2 children and they sent 2 different blues and different brands. They had the nerve to suggest I talk to the principal stating that the principal changed the shirt color. What does the principal have to do with you not sending all the same color shirts?!
