I have been purchasing my child's school uniforms at this location for 3 years now and never had an issue. I actually tried ordering them online but was having trouble locating the school's code, so decided to visit the store to make sure I was ordering correctly. From the manager, to the staff, everyone was so helpful and polite. The embroidery was quick and I will be returning to pick up a special order. I also *do not* wait until the last minute to purchase school uniforms. I feel like this is the biggest issue with customers and it's not the fault of the business when the turn around time is a little longer than expected. read more

I had a wonderful experience at All Uniform Wear, thanks to Geraldine! She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the moment I walked in. Even though she's young, she is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude truly stood out. If you're visiting All Uniform Wear, I highly recommend asking for Geraldine. She'll make sure you're well taken care of! read more

My wife decided to go there to have something embroidered. Even though it was far from us. She had read their reviews on Yelp and we weren't disappointed. Yaima is amazing. She did a wonderful job and was so kind and patient. Ines the front desk employee was also very helpful. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend it!! read more

Barbara Lima, la mejor, atenta, amable, mejor calificada, MARAVILLOSA, buena para la promoción del producto que se vende en dicha tienda.

Absolute worst place to get any kind of uniforms. Came to get some shirts for my child's school uniform and was very straightforward since I knew what I needed without having to shop around, the young girl was very nice but the older lady was very rude and acted like I was bothering her when all I asked was for someone to ring me up so I can go lol on top of it all THE QUALITY IS EVEN WORSE THAN THE SERVICE!!! One DELICATE wash in and the buttons on the shirt are breaking and falling off!!! What a joke read more

All Uniform Wear - You can get better quality shirts at the flea market lol - Uniforms Near Me - Miami, Florida

Horrible company, if you can use anyone else I strongly recommend avoiding All Uniform Wear. I ordered uniforms for my son's new school, which came in about a week later. The package was missing a shirt and a pair of shorts. Two of the t-shirts received were just blank with no logo or embroidery on them and the two polo shirts, although labeled as the same size, were very different in size. All of wouldn't have been a big deal, mistakes happen and can be corrected. However, I'm now going on 5 consecutive days calling and emailing at various times of day during their 'open hours', no one picks up.. ever.. no response to my voicemails or emails, no communication at all, as if they don't exist. I'm at a loss of words at this point, I've never dealt with anything like this. Don't use them if you can help it, we, unfortunately, have no choice as this is the only vendor our school provides. read more

I had an item missing from my order, and contacted the company and could not get a resolution from them. Very disappointing to pay for an item I never received. I would highly recommend against using them for your uniforming needs. read more

Horrible customer service. Staffs are rude and disrespectful. I spend over a $100 and had some questions regarding a discount, but the cashier was rude and in a rush. You are better off going somewhere else or buying online. read more

The staff at the SW 8th Street location were excellent in their help for me and the work done on my clothes was accurate to perfection. I will return. John Charles read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is the MOST unprofessional company for uniforms. I work for a very large corporation in Miami, FL and I do not know how All Uniform Wear has been able to acquire let alone maintain this contract to work with them. There people are EXTREMELY RUDE have NO professionalism AT ALL! You call there stores and no one answers the phones and when they finally answer they cut you off and do not even let you finish a word. I am disgusted with the customer service there or should I say there NON customer service. There has to be a better place that you may order uniforms and be treated decently. read more

This place is a joke, not only did they take forever to send The order but without going into specifics, there was an issue with the order and when i contacted their customer service to resolve, instead of addressing the issue they chose to ignore the problem, never responded, no feedback, nothin.....needless to say I will never purchase from them again, they are the reason companies fall.... read more

The place is very small, everything is cluttered and they run out of uniforms very fast. However some of the employees are very helpful. read more

Horrible customer service and communication in between employees. I ordered a simple logo and name embroidery and they told me to come back that Wednesday night for it. I went to get it on the following Friday and it was ready - except they didn't embroider my name (even though I had paid $10 extra for it). Instead of fixing it on the spot, they started to blame each other. The lady I complained to then told another employee that it wasn't fair that customers complained to her when she was just the embroider. Well, if you don't want people to complain, maybe you should just do your job. While this was going on, another customer was complaining because her order was also not ready/they had never completed her order and the lady helping her was also blaming it on someone else. Instead of blaming each other, work on teamwork, communication, and being nice to your customers. read more

I ordered from them online. They ended up not having the actual pairs of pants I bought, called me once to tell me, and then never returned a phone call or email message from me again. I didn't mind that they didn't have the pair of pants I wanted. I'm a laid back dude. When I tried to call them, no answer and the voicemail had that warning that says "this voice mail box is not yet set up". I called multiple times over weeks. Never anything. And they never responded to a plethora of emails either. All I wanted to do was either just get one pair, or pick a different pair of pants out to substitute the pair they didn't have at first. In other words, I was still trying to give them businesses and they completely ignored me. To this day they have charged me $38. and never sent me anything. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had, and the only company I've seen bold enough to literally take my money and not send me a product. Please don't do business with this company or you're telling them that their business practices are ok. read more

The item was rung up with a different price than the tag. I brought up the fact that they were different prices. They proceeded to charge the higher price even though all the items on the shelf had the same tag (price) not just mine. I also called ahead to see if they had the sizes I was looking for. When I got there, we had to search numerous areas and finally found the sizes I needed. Lucky, one size only had one left. read more

When I tell you that this place is a SHIT SHOW that is the understatement of the universe. Everyone that works here is unprofessional, rude, unorganized and a complete disaster! You will not find one person in this store that speaks English. My order was not ready when they said it would be. Just close this place down or get new management ASAP ***AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!*** read more

Every year before school starts we are force to go to this store, to buy uniforms for my girls. I'm always dreading to go because is small store and no matter the time you go during summer is always full of people, which usually means very long lines to pay. OH! and let me mention that they only have two fitting rooms for the whole store, so there is usually a line for that as well. But this time for some reason it was different. The hired a lot more people, I didn't have to fight anybody to look for a size, and the staff was very nice, and helpful, other years you would have to beg someone to help you and if they did, they were not happy about it. So I was surprisingly happy this year, when we went in, it was such a breeze, in and out, no problems. Kudos!!! to the owner for the new changes. The prices are pretty standard and I love that they sale very cute hair accessories for they girls, as well as any type of uniform you can think of, shoes, sweaters, socks, etc. read more

Great service! I have brought robes to get embroidered, handkerchiefs, school uniform. I had actually purchased my uniform from the All Uniform Wear on 27 Ave. I had that location not place a school logo on the shirt and they didn't look at the notes and placed it on the shirt anyways. I had to wait for the uniform shirts to be ordered again and took the shirts from that location and brought them to this 8th street location. Genesis was amazing and very professional. The store is of course jam pack for back to school and she was able to ensure me that the embroidery placed on the shirt would be on the shirt before school started for me. ( teacher ) THANK YOU AGAIN! you need great customer service come here! Thanks again Genesis! read more

Its that time of year again....back to school!! My experience last year was crazy, lines were long, store was crowded and everything was chaotic. This year it was much better, maybe because I went on a Sat morning, not sure. Store is small so if there are too many people it gets relatively crowded, however, that was not the case this year. The only downside is the fitting rooms, there are 3 for the entire store. Overall experience much better than last year. read more

Horrible policies. They will not return anything embroidered even though they will more than likely sell it since the uniforms don't change year to year. My son gained a few pounds and I had to buy all new uniforms. read more

horrible customer service, very disorganized store. do not waste time going there!!!!! i went there and they never have sizes plus if you order a pant it takes like two weeks. i wanted to check a size in another store and the lady called they put her on hold and she started talking to another coworker and remained on hold for like 15 mins she hang up and asked me to call by myself because they didnt answer her. OK I did and then they answered me and told me that the size that appeared in the system was not there. in conclusion very unorganized stores and horrible customer service. read more

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT UNIFORMS! I ordered from them a few times and each time I had an issue. The last time was the worse. I have been charged in full for uniforms that have been pending over 4 months to receive. They always have excuses (now it school season so I will probably have to wait 4 more months to receive my order) and clearly don't stock enough uniforms to fulfill their orders. Make sure you review your orders prior to paying them as found they were over charging me for things I did not have to pay for and did not even order for that matter (such as my staff's personal orders). I honestly feel they upcharged just to see if someone would notice. read more

Hi, Let me start by saying that they offer a great customer service, the staff is always friendly, specially Lisandra the store manager, always helpful and willing to meet your expectations. the store is always organized to ease the search of uniforms, they are willing to assist you with your uniforms needs or order them if they don't have them onsite. We buy my wife and son's school uniforms at the store located at 8456 SW 8th St. Always on time with special request or orders. Once you got to the store you will be keep coming back. I highly recommend All Uniform Wear for all your uniform needs. read more
