I emailed Prints Giclee Shop and explained to them that I did not like the quality, and I had to print them locally and I asked for a refund. They didn't agree on the refund and said it was the quality of my files. Fine, I send the H-res images, the told me to mail them to Italy (I thought to use them as a gift for a friend since they are not ok to sell). However, I really did not need those prints anymore. They never gave me an estimate on that(sending them to Italy) and took the initiative to send 3 prints to my address in the US and THAT WAS IT. The worse part of this story is that we are a non-profit and sell prints for CHARITY to support children and adults victims of violence, so besides not having a lot of money we all work for free. It's really sad what they did, and it says a lot about the company.

Upon their request and prior to installation, payment was made as per their provided wire instructions, communicated through their official work email address within our existing email thread regarding the project. We sent payment as per their instruction and they confirmed the job was being printed. THEY LATER ALLEGED THAT THEIR SYSTEMS HAD BEEN HACKED AND THE WIRE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WERE FRAUDULENT, AND REFUSED TO INSTALL THE VINYLS. Again, wire instruction were sent from their work email addresses and under our existing email chain. OWNERS NICK AND BIANCA REFUSED TO WORK WITH US IN ANY FORM AND STOPPED RESPONDING TO OUR COMMUNICATIONS for an amicable resolution. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THESE FRAUDS!
