I'm legit obsessed with KopiKats. I was in town for eight days, working my company's conference, and I think I stopped by here seven times. Richard, Lisa, and TRUDY were my life/job savers! My company is old school. We still like to use paper for everything. Screw trees, right? Only problem, we don't like to pay for the hassle of traveling with a copy guy and all his equipment when we have meetings. Read: can't afford it. Normally we're stuck with the business centers in our hotels. Have you ever had a good experience in a hotel business center? No, you haven't. And your pants are lit if you said you have, Basically, we start our meeting off on a miserable foot; angry with the hotel, angry at our ourselves, and slaving away until the wee hours of the morning to get everything printed and done. Not cool. This time around, we found an actual copy store, who knew what in the Sam Hell they were doing, and could take care of every print job we brought them. Even better, they're just a few blocks from all the downtown conference hotels. They're from Australia, so they're automatically awesome, but they also work incredibly fast and have fantastic prices. During one of my visits, I got to see one of their projects for a local restaurant- neon plastic-cut skulls for coasters! They were insane, and I loved them so much I even got to keep one. Talk about service! Every other day I was bringing them more nonsense that I needed 20 minutes ago, and I was able to get what I needed super fast, and even my weird pocket brochures were folded by one of their machines. Time AND manicure saver. No manual labor for this lady! I'm not kidding when I said I stopped by seven times. Occasionally it was just to hang out. Richard and Lisa are the best, but the real star of the KopiKats show is Trudy. Trudy is the official office mascot, and the unofficial best doggie in Miami. Also fresh off the plane from the Land Down Unda', Trudy is a chill, cuddly shepard-mix, who greets all her customers and then gives the lean, if you're invited into the circle. I'm in the circle, she leaned into my legs. Success was achieved in Miami. Oh, the conference was fine, too. But Trudy, my therapy dog for the week, is the best! Kopikats are Cons & thieves! They charged me $700 without my permission after refusing to work with them! Dec 28th I got in contact with Richard regarding a "calendar job" he said the job would be done on the 4th of January! I even resend the file on the 3rd to make sure everything was good to go. and on the 4th something was "wrong with the art work" so he had to "fix" and extend the job. On the 8th he printed one unit and the printer "broke" Right before printing the calendars. He supposedly had to order a "part" that should arrive next week! He said "I'll complete all calendars over weekend pick up Monday" which landed On the 18th which is now my delivery dateI still didn't get the calendars! instead, he never delivered the job and charged me after canceling the job due to extending multiple times and breaching the contract! he charged my card $700 without permission after a whole 27 days! I went to his shop to come to an agreement & Richards wife Lisa with red hair came out threatening & very aggressive! Continued by saying she will charge me an extra $600 if I don't stop filming her! I have it all on video & the only reason I was recording is because she has been very aggressive from day 1! Horrible business, hospitality & integrity! I Will be going to court & pursuing to sue! Lisa & Ed came through with flying colors - answering the call before their posted business hours and delivering the second of the two fire drills after the close of business. I was planning a gift for someone special in my life and Kopi Kat was the only place for the service needed. Although I May have been a bit demanding in no way was I disrespectful. However a lovely lady who answered my call today completely made my day and killed my decision to spend my money with this company. On top of being dismissive and quick to want to hang up on me, on top of being cold and rash with the way she spoke to me, she disrespected me with her comments. When someone says they wasted $50 talking to you on the phone, as a way to call you a pauper, to me is a complete lack of regard for customer service. The funny part is I was willing to spend $200 for the order of some prints and a special request. I guess 5 mins of her time was worth $50... Not considering this place again. Edit for extra note: I did not have a yelp before this I don't care normally for leaving reviews but just to show how bad the customer service was for me I even created an account. Our wedding is November 26 and we chose Lisa and her husband to help us create our invitations. This was the best way to really get involved and add personal touches to your wedding. After A lot of collaboration Lisa always stayed on top of me checking on us to get the save the dates or invites out! I must say they are phenomenal when I got my invitations I was almost in tears of how beautiful they looked. I have received nothing but compliments left and right about how gorgeous our invitations are. Thank you Lisa for all your hard work and for our beautiful invitations!! I left a project with these guys a month ago. The first 2 weeks they were leading me on and saying they will quote. Then they said they can do the project a different way. They said they will get back to me and never did. The least they could of done was be courteous and call back to say they don't want to do it. I didn't even get my materials back that I left for them. Bad business practice! read more

I needed to customize shirts in a minimum amount of time and they were willing to accommodate even after normal business hours. They were so flexible with our meets ups, as we live an hour away, they were so understanding when things didn't work out as planned.
