Pretty Scammy practices from the employees trying to upsell you on everything with their overpriced products and services. I was doing a simple return on a item, mind you I had a QR code ready. 1. She said I HAD to print it. $3 charge from them to print a paper. 2. I grabbed one of their shipping bags. I know this would be an extra charge. Was like 4$. Fine. She then proceeded to say that electronics need to be in a box. So i said ok fine, until she proceeded to charge me for a 6$ box . 3$ tape fee, some other 3$ service charge. Just a bunch of BS. HORRIBLE customer service. I came in to drop off a package with a prepaid label, and the woman working there barely looked up from her phone. When she finally did, she gave me a look like I was bothering her and asked, "Can I help you?" I told her I was doing a drop-off, and she immediately told me that I had to print the label myself (which I've never been told before), or I could pay extra for their printing service and attach it myself. She made zero effort to help, was openly rude and dismissive, and acted as if I was intruding in her own home instead of being a customer. It was an incredibly unpleasant experience, and I'll be following up with headquarters. Absolutely unacceptable!!! read more

Came in here for an official fingerprint service appointment. The sales associate greeted me right away and I didn't have to wait a minute to start my process. Everything was convenient, quick and helpful. I wish I could've gotten her name, she was great! I also used to live two blocks from here and I've used this UPS store to mail a few packages. Sometimes I sell sneakers on The Goat sneaker app. UPS is the delivery method of choice for The Goat. So I package up a box of sneakers and bring them to this UPS about once a month. The first 12-15 times I did this, they had me email them the shipping label. They would then print it out for me and put it on the box. Free of charge. This week when I went they told me they never did it for free. They said I was lying. They charged me a couple bucks just to have a one page label printed out. They said it's against company policy to do it for free. Not only have I done it for free at this UPS but I've done it for free at several other UPS locations around the country. I just wish they would be consistent and it's disappointing when they accuse you of lying. I'll no longer be going to this UPS. read more

I went to your store today around 2:30 pmto ship a package. There were several people working in the store but only one man. Please tell that man that everyone needs to wear a mask or an appropriately cover one's nose and the mouth. This man had a mask but he has let it hang on his neck and not cover his mouth or his nose. WORST SERVICE EVER. Please, if you want to send a fragile package with this people. DO NOT DO IT!!! I sent a very expensive painting to my sister in Philadelphia, and it arrived completely destroyed. Since this company runs over a franchise scheme, nobody takes responsibility over the damage. The person who delivered it, said it was the UPS store in Miami, the store said it was the delivery truck and so on. Then if you paid to insurance the delivery, they never explain to you that it covers only lost, not damage. On top of that, they give you a very long document that you have to sign in which the store claimed the package was not adequate, that they suggested change it and that I refused to do it, which by the way is a huge lie. They just put more tape around the package and never questioned the quality of it. They only care about charging your credit card as fast as they can and then, the supervisor (Maryorie), behaved in a very rude manner during the whole claiming process. UPS as a whole and this store in particular are deceiving, liars and give the worst service you can imagine. read more

I live in New Jersey and contacted the store to inquire about shipping a TV from Miami to NJ. Throughout the entire process Jenelle assisted me and was more then helpful. When the TV was dropped off Jenelle reached out to me and went through all of my options. I kept having her change my options to see the difference in the pricing meanwhile its qas 15 minutes before closing. Not at one time did she become impolite or lose her patience with me. I had planned on mailing several boxes of clothes to my mother but after I asked an employee named Alexandria (she has a Spanish accent) for a pair of scissors I changed my mind. I found out her name because while I was in the store she enthusiastically conversed with the Fed Ex guy (she called him "baby") . Apparently her leisure conversation with him was more important than helping me with my packages. When I asked her if I could borrow a pair of scissors she was very loud and rude. She said, "No, we ain't got no scissors for you to use." She was very unprofessional. I just said okay and left. She could have at least assisted me in buying a pair of scissors but from the look on her face she did not want to be bothered. Her negative attitude encouraged me to take my business to the post office. The store was tiny and unorganized. The people that work there appear to care more about socializing with each other than helping customers. I will never waste my time in that store again. read more

I came here in a rush because I needed packing bubbles and packing tape. Mario helped me out and was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was doing two things at once and wasn't paying attention. When I asked him if I could have a bag to put the tape in because I was going to have to hold the bubbles he handed me the bag as if to shoo me away as quickly as possible. This is the first UPS I've ever been to that will not tape a small box for free. Not only am I a regular customer, but I also paid for the box and for shipping. Whenever I do get a greeting upon entering, the employee has their back turned and they always give the vibe that they are busy doing something else and you need to wait on them while they take their time.
