Terrible Experience with DRIVE SOCIAL MEDIA - Unjustly Withheld $2,250 Deposit I am extremely disappointed with DRIVE SOCIAL MEDIA and feel compelled to warn others about their unethical practices. On April 7, 2025, they charged our business $2,250 for a marketing campaign, but after just one meeting the next day, we discovered major red flags: - No Privacy Protection - They couldn't guarantee the security of our sensitive business data. - Unapproved Recordings - They insisted on recording discussions without our clear consent. Due to these unresolved concerns, we canceled within days of signing. Despite our prompt request, our sales rep delayed processing the cancellation for days. When they finally responded, they falsely claimed "significant work" had been done--a complete lie. No services were ever performed: **No strategy** was developed. **No content or campaigns** were created. **No access** was given to our accounts. **No deliverables** were provided. Yet, DRIVE SOCIAL MEDIA refused to refund our $2,250 deposit, offering no proof of work. This is deceptive, unfair, and unacceptable. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY--they take your money, provide **ZERO value**, and refuse to refund even when no work is done. Stay away! We are pursuing all remedies and reporting them to the BBB. Save yourself the hassle and avoid DRIVE SOCIAL MEDIA at all costs! read more

I was in need of help in entrepreneurship, being a new business owner. A friend led me to DSM. That was where I finally met Mr. John. Without wasting any time, he scheduled a call with me, and we started working together from that moment on. He led me, very patiently, to update my title tags where I lacked knowledge. Then, after performing a backlink audit for my website, he realized that there were some links leading to spammy sites. He disavowed all the bad links for my Google ranking-a true blessing! I appreciate John and his team for that. read more

Mitch is truly delightful to collaborate with! When I first reached out to her with inquiries about their services, she spent an hour on the phone, just getting to know me and my business. She took the time to understand our organization so they could offer us the most suitable resources and tools. Mitch consistently goes above and beyond our needs and is always very quick to respond. Our website looks stunning and functions better than ever! read more

Since I connected with this team last year, I have gained more media exposure and actively built the backlinks we talked about. As of today, I'm on page 2 of Google, right at the top! I hope to move up to page 1 soon, but it seems to be working well so far. read more
