Store #1741 This is my 3rd time in the past 2 months using…read morethis location to handle my packing and shipping needs. This last time Kristell assisted me. Prior to shipping, I visited the shop to get an estimate of the cost. Kristell was thereby herself and there were about 3 customers. She made contact with all of us and made sure we were all greeted. She was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable with all guests. My shipping was a bit complicated but with her guidance, it went very smooth. When I brought the product on Sunday to ship, Kristell was there again, by herself. I was expecting it to take a long time but she made it very easy and it took about 10 minutes. I would drive out of my way to go to this small shop because of the great staff. In addition, I priced the same shipment and UPS and it was triple the cost. I read some of the other reviews and I am pretty critical when it comes to customer service. I do not know if the negative remarks were made for another location by mistake or people just like to complain, but this shop is very neat and efficient. I will continue to​ recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Well, from my observation there is a great team of an older gentleman, a middle age gentleman and a younger gentleman who all work well as a team and project the same professionalism to each and every customer who walks in the door. It is always great to see how and when businesses show care and concern for customers. So there is no way to claim. On top of it they were rude and unhelpful when I had to seek shelter inside their store when one of their Amazon and USPS delivery people gaslighted me yelling at me when I asked the USPS driver to please move her (illegally parked) white unmarked vehicle from behind my parked car so I could get out. Suddenly The Amazon worker rushed out of her truck and over to me. I had gotten out to ask the USPS driver after three times to please move and then I decided to get the ID of the vehicle as that was my only recourse. The Amazon worker rushed at me saying I was harassing the USPS driver. I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people" They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive. When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes

Made an appointment online to have my fingerprints taken the other day and this was the most…read moreconvenient place closest to me. It's a fee of $85.00 and is collected at the time you make it. This place is like a UPS Store but they offer so much more, such as passport services, fingerprinting services, notary, and of course regular mail service VIA USPS and and not use UPS. When I arrived, Jaime (male) assisted me in using the fingerprint machine which is all done electronically; gone are the days of using an ink pad, or the ink roller that takes a heap of thick ink that's rolled on a piece of paper. I can't say enough nice things about Jaime...his whole attitude and humble service was so uncompelling, I honestly wished the world was filled with Jamies... His quiet demeanor threw me off a bit as I'm not sure if he's the owner or not but he's been there for a while. I hope he's the owner and reaping in hug amounts of cash; this person changed my day from an incredibly bad one needing to spend it at a lab place down the street with some nitwit of a nasty woman.
