They told us that we have to wait 2 months before calling for them to come back because it may still have droppings for an extended period of time after initial treatment. Every time we called to make an appointment, they would give us a time a few weeks out. We had to endure further damage to the wood in our house due to the long wait periods between "letting the treatment settle" to the lack of appointments available. It's been six months/halfway from initially contracted them and now we were told they have fulfilled their part of the warranty obligations and refusing to come treat it again- so the warranty consisted of 2 additional visits and only half the initial promised time. Please do not let this company fool you on their "supposed" commitment to servicing customers. Extremely disappointed.
