Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. They offer the traditional tenting which requires you to prep your home and leave for a couple of days or a treatment called DLT (Drywood Liquid Treatment) which is considered safe and does not require any prep or evacuation. We chose DLT which they agreed since there was no evidence that termites had penetrated into our house. There was a slight odor which quickly disappeared. No mess, no clean up, it was great! Since we had termites in the fascia board, they told us to have those boards replaced and to let them know when they've been replaced because they would come out to re-treat those areas. They were true to their word and came back out weeks later to re-treat. They were very professional to deal with.

I'm so pleased with my pest service. Every time they come to spray my lawn or my interior, they are so kind and respectful. For example, I called to mention that I saw some small pests indoors, and they were there within the week for an extra spray. I already paid the initiation fee for termite control with Terminix, which was around $6000 for doing bait traps, but that is kind of where their service ended. Despite multiple calls to them, I haven't had any luck with having them come out a second time. I was thinking about switching to Royal pest for my termite control however, I already paid the initiation fee with Terminix and it doesn't really make sense to switch back over since I'm only paying a small continuation fee. Javier replied promptly and I called the office to make the appointment. The appointment was for today (Friday) between 12 and 4:00 p.m. I have had quite a bit of work done on the house over the past year and I have not had anyone who needed a four hour window, but these guys do for some unknown reason. I made the appointment and gave them all the necessary information. On Thursday I turned off my phone for work and after work I go to school. I often don't turn the phone back on until the next day. On Friday I saw that they had left three voicemails confirming my appointment. First of all, a service call does not require a confirmation. I gave them my address. I had agreed upon a ridiculously large window. All they had to do was show up. Again, I have had a lot of work done and I have had close to 20 service people at my house giving me estimates. Not one of them ever confirmed the appointment. Later on I saw they had texted me, confirming my appointment from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. That was not the time I had agreed upon. Either this was a mistake, or they had changed the time of the appointment without checking with me. Either way it looks like incompetence on their part. I waited all day and they never showed up. At 3:00 I texted Javier again and let him know that I had an appointment and asked if he knew what time they planned on getting here. He never replied. The end result is, I wasted an entire day waiting for a company that never showed. I assume it's because I did not confirm the appointment, but I did confirm it. I confirmed it when I made it. That is all the confirmation that any company needs when they have my address. It's not like I can sneak out on them. They know where I live. Instead they chose to be highly unprofessional and simply not show up. This is inexcusable and a poor way to treat a potential customer. Particularly when that customer was brought to you through Yelp. They should have realized that it would end up with a bad review.
