He explained what type of ants we have and everything he described was exactly what has been happening. Frank is more knowledgeable than most and he backs it up with action once on site. We have had Frank help us over 3 years ago and then again this month with a bug infestation. The problem we had: After having one of the major pest control companies for 15 years, We ended up with a bad infestation. Our regular guy kept doing the wrong thing and over a month later, it had spread throughout the house. In comes Frank from NaturePest at Doral. Found this company through many helpful YouTube videos that offered numerous knowledge and hands on when it came to how to properly fertilize my palm trees. Even gave them a call and spoke to Frank over the phone who spoke to me for over 10 mins explaining the science to palm trees and how to care for them. He delivers what he promises! The issue was German cockroach which is a difficult pest to remove.
