Extremely disappointed, especially after i had previously favorably recommended this company. There is an organizational disconnect between the dispatcher (co-owner) and the field technician. I have repeatedly clarified and specified the desired service. Simple. BUT, the responding tech really did not want to do the perimeter spraying that had been arranged. His heart was not in it and it was apparent, several times. I tried resolving this with the dispatcher (co-owner), but the problem continued. As I had discussed, for what he wanted to just do... I can do myself with stuff from home depot. I wanted the added professional application... which became like pulling teeth. This is a management problem. I will now have to update my homeowners association of my unfortunate need to find a different pest control company. read more

My name is Cassie and I have a bug problem. Big ones, small ones, ones that fly, ones that crawl... You get the picture. When self activated bug bombs and cans of Raid were no longer doing the job, we knew it was time to enlist some professionals. After a couple phone calls and searches on trusty sites like Yelp, we decided to bring in Bob's Bugs. The technician I spoke with over the phone took the time to thoroughly explain the life cycle of bugs, habits of these specific pests and made an overall good impression. They were available immediately and it wasn't long before we had our entire kitchen cleaned out and they arrived for our first spray. Since our problem was so bad, we had Bob's Bugs come in once a week for three consecutive weeks. They charged us a flat rate of $55 per session which didn't seem too lofty. The sessions were easy to schedule and they were quick to call if they were running even a few minutes late, and even called to see if they could come earlier another time. Unfortunately, they did forget to come one day due to a scheduling mishap but quickly made up for it within a day. I'm sure you're dying to know if the bug problem was resolved... We HAD a bug problem. I contacted Bob's Bugs a little over a month ago because the bugs were getting truly out of control and didn't matter what we did or how often we cleaned we could not get rid of them. The company explained what we needed to do to prep for them to spray then came out and did the spray. Our bug problem has dropped ten fold. I live around farms so it will never go completely away, but they did a great job. They have a very easy payment policy and charge a fair rate for the quality of work that is provided. We used Bob's Bugs for a couple years, no problems. But they didn't show up the last two times. First time, no explanation. Just forgot I guess. Rescheduled, then didn't show up again. Apparently they were trying to call but they didn't have the right number, even though in their words, "I gave them the right number" They offered free service the next day (Saturday), but we lost confidence in them. You would think that after the first time that they wouldn't screw up the second time. Nice people. Good product. Just wish they didn't leave us waiting around twice. read more

i made an appoitment with this company . and they schadule me from 8'00 am to 12.00 pm , i took the day off so i could meet with them . i wait till 12.00 pm they never show up , late around i receive a call from mr' bob , telling me that he was running late . and for me to wait little longer. i told him to forget it . i feel that if you make a four hour appoitment . the least you could do . is show up on time. i find this unetical, and unproffetional.if you have all day to wait for this company , i said to you go for it . but for me. i can't give my self that pleassure . have no time for that kind of nonsense . .......julio cruz........ read more
