First rate customer service from the start with phone convo with Raphael Matteo, even in the start of spring. First you should know that spring is termite season and the swarms mean you got termites, and so does everyone else and his uncle. I phoned Orkin, they never showed up to appointment, Terminix came but never passed me an estimate, Huillet was more expensive and didn't seem too interested in my business. Matteo was thorough, came to his appointment on time and explained thoroughly what was going on and what had to be done. He came out an additional time to explain again to me the price so I was comfortable with it and we agreed on a date. He left me thorough instructions printed and by email. With a reminder by text the day before tenting. Easy going Professional team of great workers -headed by Matteo -appeared at 9am and began the tenting. Matteo looked around the home to make sure all was in order and the team of workers set up their task. Within an hour we were ready to go with the gas. It's a three day process, you need to prep the house and be out of it for 3 days. So it becomes an issue especially with little animals. Matteo has followed up on several occasions to ensure that I was satisfied. He also took care of a rodent issue. Highly recommended for their integrity and professionalism. Unfortunately, after working around Matteo's schedule and changing the appointment for his benifit two times, as other reviewers have noted, he finally showed up and was very reluctant to do the job and said he would not come back for a second time without an extra charge since he waasn't sure if the problem was coming from a neighboring unit in my complex who I do not know or even know if anyone lives there that he wanted to see if he would treat their place too. I was not asking for a guarantee that they would never come back, just a second treatment at no charge. So he wasted my time for me calling him at least four times and he wasted his time by coming to my house and me asking him to leave if he would not do the job I asked. Let me first start off with Mateo is the sweetest person ever! I called him yesterday, he came that evening for a FREE estimate. and was here this morning it's 9:30 and he's already done. he truly cares about helping the issue not your money. his exact words were "I'm going to help you guys I promise." we just moved in our new apartment 2 weeks ago and we noticed a bad American roach problem. I'm such a clean and neat freak and I tried everything. I called Orkin but it was too much back and forth calls and emails and quotes. I was desperate so I needed a quick response and Mateo was the one. he came in and assessed the whole apartment up and downstairs and told us all the problems from where they where coming from in the pipes. I have a drawer where we keep plastic bags and he even went as far as explaining to us that roaches love to mate inside those types of areas and he put them all in together in a different place. We decided to call this company after reading so many great reviews.. We had an ant problem in our condo. The ants were coming in through a wall/window in the dinning room. Our condo is located on a second floor and these ants, who were big and had wings, found their way up and inside. We sprayed them with ant killer which killed them, but they kept coming in. We noticed that we had a bigger problem when we found them in the attic, too! So, we called Goodbye Bugs on Thursday and came on Friday. Mateo, the owner, explained what he needed to do, that he needed to spray inside the wall and the attic with a foam and liquid. He said one time spray service will take care of the problem. Probably, it is too soon to tell, but on Saturday, there were no more ants coming in through the wall/window in the dinning room.
