I tented my house last week with Dam Quick Termites. The process went very smoothly, received a great price, and everything was explained by Victor and completed without any complications or complaints. The company is professional and very punctual (Victor was right on time for the estimate, and the crew was on time for the fumigation, and for the return of the key). They gave us plenty of bags for storing the food and they made the process straightforward. In addition, the company was available to answer any questions or concerns. On the day of the tenting Victor was onsite to check that everything was bagged and prepared correctly and came back again in the afternoon according to my husband. This company is very professional, has great prices, and is highly skilled. I have no complaints. read more

We used Darn Quick to tent our house and were extremely pleased with both the reasonable cost, how we were treated and the result. Nice young guy, son of the owner, came out and explained everything that would happen. We were concerned about paying in advance for a hotel and then having Darn Quick need to change the date but he explained that they put tents up on days with heavy rain, and only strong winds would cause a delay. He provided sufficient bags for protection of food, medicine, etc. a week ahead of time. We received advance notice of every step... there were no surprises. The crew showed up on time and was both quick and professional. The guy who let us back into the house and returned our keys arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time. We envisioned a more stressful experience but everything worked out really well. read more

Very impressed! Super nice company...efficient and available to answer questions about my tenting preparation. My job was coordinated with 3 attached other units in an HOA community near the Falls and went off without a hitch. read more

This is the absolute worst company! Do not hire them! The father (owner) is a nut case. He is rude and pushy. I received an estimate and scheduled the job, paid my deposit. The day before the tenting the father comes to do the walk through of my home. Throws down these papers and makes me sign, when I wanted to read what I was signing he got mad. He would not accept my check, when I offered my credit card he yelled at me that the office was already closed. I told him I would call at 8 am when they opened to make payment. He said ok fine. He left my house. I showed up to the house next day at 7:45 to wait for the workers to tent. Called the office at 8am to make payment and was informed by the receptionist that the father cancelled the job. No explanation Darn Horrible. I spent countless hours packing up my home, moving everyone out of the house, people and pets. A complete disruption. This company sucks! I am partly to blame, they were the cheapest estimate and guess what....you get? Nada! Darn Horrible should be their name. Shame on you! read more

Termite treatment went great. Have not had any issues since we tented 3 years ago. Highly tecommend read more

Terrible company. When it comes to warranty service, they run not to cover. unprofessional staff at the office, speaking with an attitude. The owner refused to speak to me. I need re-tenting after just 10 months and without coming to my house they are trying to say my warranty is voided because I bought a new closet. $2,700 thrown to the garbage. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

Ever since Oliver left the service has gone down the drain, been waiting for a tech to come service us for a month now, they keep telling me they will call me back and nothing.Mr.Oliver if your are reading this PLEASE PLEASE SEMD ME A MESSAGE THROUGH HERE! read more

Stay away! They are not professional to say the least. It took them 3 weeks to provide an estimate. When they finally showed up on a Friday they said Monday was the only time available. Impossible to move out and prep the house in such short notice. We agreed to schedule the job for May 25. I called them the day before to insure everything was set and they told me you not on the schedule. When I asked for next available date they said July 16. Which is 2 months later. This company is a joke!! Moreover the two ladies that answer the phone and set up appointments are unprofessional and incompetent. It's the typical mindset of a small company "we are doing the customer a favor" Therefore stay away go with a professional company that respects customers loyalty and repeat customers. read more

Great work. No hassle. Everything went as they said it would. Very professional. On time and no surprises.

Darn Quick had great customer service, free estimate, and lowest price quote in the area. As long as you prepare your home inside and outside for the process, it's totally worth it. The crew arrived early on tenting morning, was careful with my plants and new roof tiles, explained everything to me, and provided great service the following day after tent removal. Darn Quick was great and got rid of the gross flying termites that terrorized my home, plus saved me money because they were about $400-$500 less than other termite companies. This is family owned, no fancy tv commercials, or fake promises. They know the area and how to treat termites, and get rid of them QUICK! read more

Darn Quick Termite & Fumigation - Crew tented and locked down home in less than an hour :) Thanks Darn Quick! - Pest Control Near Me - Miami, Florida

Quick, easy, everything provided and done for you. Fast dates and no pre payment. Overall happy, used them twice already! Was more expensive than some others but the difference was in flexibility in dates (sooner) and they provided instructions and sealing bags. read more

I dreaded going through Termite Tenting however it needed to be done. Interviewed three companies and DARN QUICK was the least expensive though that's not my reason for selecting DARN Quick Termite Fumigation. The cubic footage seemed off and they came to remeasure & Assured me enough gas would be used for the property. Used their pool screen service referral who was prompt and thorough and priced correctly. DARN QUICK showed up on the time and date they told me. The supervisors, office staff and the workers were prompt, careful and efficient. Every detail was explained to me. During tent removal they carefully aired the house out and showed me the meter that no evidence of gas left. It's a family business and they kept their word. I heard about them from 2 friends who had used them and had positive experiences. read more

Arrived early to the property and had tent fully up before arriving to the property. Very attentive and caring people honestly they do an amazing job! Pricing is very reasonable for the size of the home. read more

As a professional landlord with 30 rental properties, I have used Darn Quick for termite tenting several times and have been very impressed with them. The cost for tenting is no more than the cost that another company charged me for spot treating the problem. The employees are professional and courteous. They provide the estimates in a timely manner and their service providers are communicative and friendly. When I have tented tenanted properties (as opposed to vacant ones), my tenants have been pleased with the preparation information provided and the courtesy of the staff. read more

I hired them to tent our house and they did a fabulous job. Oliver came by and gave us the estimate, they were cheaper than three other companies we called. They set us up for the following Friday and Oliver came back to the site the day of the tenting to make sure everything was in order. I highly recommend them for all your fumigation needs. Efficient, reasonably priced and reliable. read more

Prompt and professional. Great customer service. Answered every question, returned every phone call. We had the house tented for termites and then had the yard treated. The house was in perfect shape when we returned, everything went exactly as they explained it would. As scheduled, the tech showed up an hour later to spray the yard. He was patient and worked with us while we got our three dogs organized. The entire experience was as painless as possible, no problems and no surprises. read more

I requested a pest and lawn service and Oliver was my technician. From the moment he walked in the door he was professional and courteous. I have never required tenting for termites. I was a little stressed about the process and finding a good company. When Victor came to the house for the estimate he was very efficient and clear. Everything was explained to me in layman's terms thoroughly so I knew exactly what the company was going to do for me. On the day of tenting I was totally impressed with the speed of the work and the walk-through. The heavy tent did a little damage to a small part of the pool screen frame but there were heavy rains on that day and nobody can plan for an act of God. They called this to my attention right away and reimbursed half for that repair. While this is something that they wouldn't typically do I was very appreciative that they made that gesture. I was not upset in the slightest. Office personnel were easily reachable and available for questions and would call me back promptly. This company has great customer service. Overall I was very happy with the job that was done for the price that I paid. With other stresses in life getting my house tented was not one of them. read more

Darn good! Called 3 different companies for quotes to have 2 houses tented. Not only did DQ have the best quote they rep showed up exactly when he said he would and the team came and tented on time. Quite the process to have your home tented but I can recommend the team at Darn Quick without hesitation. From the moment I called with my first inquiry, to the inspection, getting the quote (which was very reasonable considering the size of my home) and through the entire process the DQ team was professional and dependable Highly recommended! read more

Provider contracted to tent and fumigate two story MIAMI home with drywood termites in the attic. Contractor measured home and calculated volume, determining the amount of gas to be used. Their procedure and numbers were the same as Orkin and Terminex. We signed the standard Darn Quick contract without any alterations or debate, and scheduled a date. As directed by Darn Quick we cleaned out all the refrigerators, freezers, discarded food and double bagged food in the cupboards. We prepared the outside of the home, cutting bushes, tying them back, and clearing space for tenting all around the home as instructed by Darn Quick. We booked a hotel and packed our bags. On the afternoon scheduled, Darn Quick was delayed by four hours, because of their problems with some other job in Miami. They had "other commitments" the following day. So we had no choice but to reschedule 4 days later, for the convenience of Darn Quick. It was very inconvenient for us. We had to wait four days with all our food bagged or discarded, and our gardens and pathways all cluttered with materials moved away from the sides of the house. After waiting 3 days, the day before the second scheduled appearance, Darn Quick called and again cancelled. BEWARE of their low-ball tactics and expect a bumpy ride, with lame excuses. They simply overbooked, are understaffed and cannot handle their scheduled workload. So they dangled us for their convenience and cancelled when they could not perform: twice. Darn Quick's excuses were obviously made-up on the fly: slippery, child-like and silly. You should pay a bit more for a larger, more reputable exterminator to fumigate your home. read more

This company is small time amateur. Only use them if you have a small one story house and even then, research preparation protocols on your own because they don't tell you everything to do. They should be called DARN INCOMPETENT. Use them for a place you don't care about. Rental or business but not your home. My ex-husband used them and they killed a neighbors cat. Now I had a HORRIBLE experience with them. We signed a contract ( their price was really reasonable which should have tipped me off) and they sent a technician to look at the house the day before to get a sense of the scope of the work. Then the morning of the fumigation, their crew arrived and within 20 minutes declared the roof too steep. What!?! Isn't this their job! I have a two-story house with a metal roof that has a 6/12 pitch. Its standard. These guys had no clue how to deal with it and SO THEY LEFT. I had taken the day off work and prepped for 3 days - food stored safely at my friends, paid to have gas turned off, moved my 30 gallon tank aquarium (no small task) sheets and towels out of the house, medicines etc in those bags (which weren't enough), arranged for dogs to be cared for and figured out place for my family to stay. AND THEY LEFT. Imagine you were moving and the movers just didn't show. Now My house is totally upside down - no food, no sheets, can't cook because gas is off. Forget these small time rookies. I called Orkin and they came 3 hours later to give me a new contract. Tenting will be Monday. Roof absolutely no problem. Because they are real professionals unlike this DARN FOOL of a company. read more

as most homeowners we incur termites now there are different kinds. You call this company out to evaluate the scene inspect property of course I'm assuming dry wood they fly right. A yr later there back . They spot treat another yr later now there's subterranean termites. A well established colony of years they did not find then got mud tunnels. Now I have drywood termites again and they are telling me not under warranty to take my business elsewhere. Gladly truth u get what u pay for don't lose ur money with this company not worth it horrible. I would not recommend best of luck to your company! read more

Company that gives guarantee... but not to eliminate the termites. Charge customers in advance, and spray with inadequate product. I do not recommend!!! Dissatisfied Customer-Miami read more

I was told both at the time I signed the contract + the day of the tenting that our landscape in the back would not be involved, the they would "work around"it as it is not near the house wall itself + they could use the long patio. Once it was over, plants + flowers were trampled on, bent completely + uprooted. Plus there are two piles of dirt that were left. After speaking with two professional landscapers who said they all had to be replaced, all the company sais was "just water them!" It is so simple, both landscaper said broken and severely bent plants cannot get water to the roots or plant itself. But the company can't + won't understand this. And all this is after I was told 2 times the back landscape would NOT be involved! Not trustworthy at all read more

This company refused to renew our termite contract because I, the treasurer, was away when the bill came for renewal and the person getting my mail didn't realize that it was a bill. I called as soon as I returned home (six months later) and asked why they didn't try to contact me by phone. "We have too many customers to do that! We sent you a second notice, as well." That wasn't in the collected mail. She told me she'd have to check with the insurance company about reinstating our condo. When I called a couple of days later, she told me, "The insurance company says we can not renew you." I was very surprised and disappointed that they dropped us. read more
