Like a previous reviewer stated, I based my choice in choosing Optimus on the reviews. I am glad I did. I called today and initially made the appointment for tomorrow, Saturday, but then asked if it is possible to come out today instead. I was put on hold for all of 5 seconds, then was told he cause have someone out around 4. About 4:15, I received a call saying they'd be at my residence within 20 mins. Sure enough, Jacob and Edward arrived as promised. First impressions say a lot. These two young men were very smartly dressed, well groomed, neat, and extremely well mannered and articulate. They both did a walk through inspection, and Jacob gave a thorough explanation of a plan of action to my concerns. To say he knows his job would be a complete understatement. His knowledge of products, their effects and reactions on the insects, and what to expect to see afterward were utterly impressive. He was extremely articulate and informative as well. They completed the job effectively and efficiently. I had to compliment them several times how well mannered and polite they both were. Jacob, I believe, said he was 18. That in itself is exceptional, to be so well versed in his craft at such a young age. He even apologized for being late (it was only about 10 mins and due to a miscommunication with the address). WOW First of all! Nicolas the owner messaged me at nearly 1am, after I put in the request for help on yelp. He was the first one to respond and had perfect people/customer skills. Some of these companies are far too aggressive and robotic in their approach Not this guy! I didn't bother with any other companies, there was no point. I followed the good vibes, and I am so glad I did. When the technician, Jacob arrived with his assistant, I believe his name was Edward, but I'm not sure if I'm just too much of a twilight fan, they were simply masters of their craft. Jacob was knowledgeable, informative, kind, and wow was he strong He moved our appliances like they were nothing! My significant other and I were impressed by the totality and professionalism of this quick yet thorough inspection. The price was incredibly fair. We immediately agreed to the service, and have not been disappointed since. We had evil creepy crawlers that they identified as German roaches. We keep a very clean home, but after their visit we learned other things we can do to aid in the process of elimination, and limit the icky food sources.
