I was skeptical at first, especially since the commercial company I hired for my previous home did such an excellent job (they do not service my area). Ray is ok. He is a little pompous but friendly enough. The big issue is he has not been able to fully resolve our pest issue. Overall it was ok service. The roaches would appear semi regularly. Nothing crazy for Florida. However, our most recent interaction with him does deserve mentioning. It has been about 2 months since our most recent service. We have had many live cockroaches over the past few weeks. I'm not sure what's going on as I'm not a bug expert. When my wife reached out to him, he simply said that it was normal and eventually the bugs would die. He says he uses superior products. I get that but maybe something needs to be addressed.
