We recently discovered that we had termites in the fascia board of our house. After submitting a quote on Yelp for termite extermination, this was one of the companies that responded. They offer the traditional tenting which requires you to prep your home and leave for a couple of days or a treatment called DLT (Drywood Liquid Treatment) which is considered safe and does not require any prep or evacuation. We chose DLT which they agreed since there was no evidence that termites had penetrated into our house. There was a slight odor which quickly disappeared. No mess, no clean up, it was great! Since we had termites in the fascia board, they told us to have those boards replaced and to let them know when they've been replaced because they would come out to re-treat those areas. They were true to their word and came back out weeks later to re-treat. They were very professional to deal with. read more

I have used Pest Brothers for two separate issues. One was our ant and roach issue. We've tried the other national brands but they weren't very reliable and seemed like they couldn't get the issue controlled. When I called Pest Brothers, it felt like a more personalized service. The owner Jose came out to my house to inspect the issue and scheduled a technician right away. After the first treatment, we saw a significant improvement on the amount of little ants and roaches coming up (even during the rainy summer!). It has been a couple of months now and I am pest free. I couldn't thank them enough for their help! Second issue that I used them for was when we found a few holes around our roof and some weird noises coming out of them. I asked them if they inspected those types of issues and removed any sort of wildlife that may be in there. They sure did! They have a specialized technician that deals with wildlife that came out, went into my attic, found a birds nest that was still in the beginning stages of being built (no eggs had been laid yet thank god!) and removed the nest. He then patched up all of the holes around the roof to make sure it doesn't happen again. Thank you Pest Brothers for helping me and my family out!
