THE WORST!!! My new property uses this company thru MINOL and after just moving in noticed roaches. They put down roach motels in the middle of my kitchen where we cook and eat; VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They came the following week and sprayed and we see MORE activity and I get it, but what I didn't see in the days the followed were DEAD or DYING roaches. I used them for years. They cut off my service without explanation just as I'm due for service (instead of giving me notice) and now are screening my calls and won't respond to tell me why. They make you pay a large sign on fee and then say they'll come back if you see pest pressure in between their bimonthly service. Well don't believe it, because they might just randomly drop you as a client for no apparent reason after you've already paid them the large fee to start service with them. Wanted to switch from a different natural pest control company and was told I needed 2 initial treatments 2 weeks apart because I am seeing a few small ants on my kitchen counters. I am then quoted $200 for each of these treatments! $400 for the initial treatments for a small townhouse. After hearing rave reviews from the neighbors on the Nextdoor app about this company we were excited to finally not have major mosquito issues anymore and finally be able to enjoy the back yard that my boyfriend slaved over to pave and plant things in. Hands down one of the most professional companies. I had a serious flea problem in my apt after watching a friends cat for a month. It was at the point where I was being bit upwards of 10+ times every single night. I tried everything from flea sprays to bombs, etc and nothing worked. We just purchased our first house and so far everything was fine with it till last week when in our master bathroom we had a mosquito invasion. Try to take a shower with hundreds of mosquitos... We have tried from spraying it with conventional bug spray to place fiberglass screen on ceiling vents literally everything but we would wake up for 100 mosquitos again.
