I have more than 35 trees on my property of various species, mostly palms. They were all overgrown and hadn't been trimmed in well over a year. Dead branches were hanging down everywhere, falling on the house in the middle of the night, and generally looked terrible. I contacted Conde to see if they could take care of it. Luis responded immediately to set up an estimate and was out here the next morning to walk the property. He identified all of the issues that needed to be corrected (trimming, deseeding, removal of some invasive trees/plants, etc) and sent me an itemized estimate the same day with everything laid out in detail. Within a few days of approval, and despite the heavy storms we just had which probably affected his schedule, his uniformed crew was still here on time and knocked out the entire project in just 2 days. It was a TON of work and the guys weren't even phased. I don't know how they do it, but these guys are some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. They were so polite and professional too, and cleaned up every single branch and leaf that fell during the trimming process. Another excellent job done by Conde. We really couldn't wait to start our front yard landscaping and didn't think twice to contact Luis and Lucas when we were ready to begin. They came out to my home again and helped plan everything we wanted to incorporate and gave insights on what they believed would work best given everything we wanted to do. Removal and prep work was scheduled to begin and as the cleanup occurred, Lucas stayed in front of our home and generated designs of how our landscape was going to look right there on the spot. I JUST GOT HOME AND AM COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY BY THEIR WORK. I worked directly with Luis (the owner), who came over to give me an estimate of the project. It included a clean up for the front and back yards of the house, new grass, clean up of trees, and bushes, and uprooting a small tree. Luis explained to me what he would do, gave the some options, and was very professional about the process. I chose the simplest options as I am looking for something basic right now. They day of the project Luis and his team arrived in the morning. I let them into the yard, and returned in the evening to find my yard completely transformed, exactly as discussed. My only recommendation for improvement is that scheduling the cleanup took some time. However, with this type of quality work, I imagine it must be because they are so busy. A very minor issue in my opinion, and this was well worth the wait. I will definitely use Luis and Conde Landscaping again for any future projects. read more

Love when a plan comes together, so smooth and effortless. A few days ago my husband informs me that we were hosting a Super Bowl getty at our house. I panic since I know how neglected my yard has been for years even though we get a gardener out to prune it every 15 days. I called to request an estimate for trimming a couple of Queen palms & add some new plants & flowers in my back yard, & was happy to actually have someone answer the phone instead of being forced to leave a message. I was given a 1-hour window of 9:00 AM & 10:00 AM on Saturday & received the requested call ahead from Luis at 8:50 that he was on the way. From the moment I met Luis for an estimate he gave me, I knew he was the one for the job! He was very confident in his words and promising to get the job done and done right. It's challenging to find decent people to follow through with what they offer and not take advantage. I expressed my concerns about how difficult it would be to get some of my trees out cause they were so close to the house and they were topping over my roof as well.
