I am so thankful to Sublime for delivering a beautiful, fresh and clean backyard. My pool builder killed my grass, left trash (water bottles, KFC bags, cigarette butts) and dumped so much sand between neighbor and our pool that slight rain flooded the neighbor's yard and my pool with sand. I renovated my yard last year, and unfortunately my sod died. I was looking for a reasonable company who wouldn't over charge me to replace my sod. I reached out and spoke to Sergio who gave me a reasonable quote. Sergio was busy today with other jobs, but was able to accommodate. I really appreciated how fast he came out to get the job done. His team and him arrived on time, and got right to work. I was very pleased with the outcome. They are reliable, have great team work, and did a great job. Unfortunately not a good experience at all. Sergio is a nice guy but his/his company's communication (or lack there of) is highly unprofessional. It is very difficult to get in contact with them, they don't respond to text messages in a timely manner and just overall not what I would be looking for in a landscaping company who I am going to spend a lot of money with. When I say don't respond to messages, I literally mean WEEKS at a time. I initially reached out to Sergio in October. It took a over a week to initially get him to come out. I understood he was busy so I put that behind me. I had just purchased a home and was looking forward to bringing on a landscaping company on a consistent basis. The first visit was for an estimate. Here we are two months later --- I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE. It takes MULTIPLE times of following up to even get a response and when you do get a response it's generally about how they are going to come out next week. Then next week comes and they never show up. I finally got them to come out to do a lawn clean up. They did that and said they were going to start coming on a weekly basis. This was 4 weeks ago....of course they have never come back since. For me, I just find the whole thing extremely unprofessional. I think if you are someone who doesn't care about people being on time or people keeping their word... you will be fine with this company. But if you are actually looking to get work done and looking to find a company to maintain your yard and landscaping on a consistent basis...this is NOT the company for you. - James read more

Can't say enough about this company and the job they did. Sergio came out multiple times over a 2-month planning period for a large-scale project involving the beautification and redesign of our seawall landscaping at our condo common area. Multiple options discussed and seeing this was a job that needed to be done by manual labor no machines could get back there it was a daunting task to say the least. Sergio (The owner). His father and his crew excavated the area - leveled the area and dug and sloped it to our engineers' specifications. They then by hand moved in all the rock - stepping stones - edging etc. and moved it in to place graded it accordingly and then removed all the old debris, soil and whatnot.
