As I was standing in front of the toilet doing my business, a rat swam up out of the drain. I had heard of this kind of thing happening, but I thought it was an urban legend. Nope. It can really happen. After chasing him down the drain with the toilet bowl brush, and shoving the brush into the drain to keep him away, I went online to see what could be done. Naturally, I turned to Yelp for an exterminator. I learned a few things; first, the rat did not come from the sewer, it came from the roof and down the sewer vent. That is now covered. Second, the rats were attracted to my bird feeder, which is now gone (sadly). Edgar came out and reviewed the entire house with me, showing me where they were getting in and laying out a plan of action that would eradicate them. I am beyond happy with the work he did. It's only been a little over a week and I can already see a huge difference. I did find out that they had made it into the attic, but they are being exterminated as I type this. Edgar is amazing. He knows what he's doing, he is incredibly thorough and he does everything he can to ensure that he doesn't make a mess in the house. I was very impressed with him, and not surprised given that he has 62 reviews and 5 stars. When I checked his website I found that I was technically out of his range, but he agreed to come anyway. This man is the real deal. His work is excellent, his prices are fair, he knows what he's doing and he will help you if you have a rat problem. I cannot stress enough how awesome he is. Matt came to my home told me I need a raccoon family " evicted" from my ceiling and the holes covered in metal so they couldn't get back in. So used a "10" day eviction process where he put make raccoon pee in the ceiling where he drilled a hole and then put spray foam in the places where he claimed he was going to be putting metal.... Then he sealed the places before the raccoons could leave and they died in my ceiling. He removed two of the dead raccoons after I fought and pleaded with him about it outside my house but he just kept saying off it will be more money you have to pay for me to remove the dead raccoons, and complained about it so much the whole time, now mind you, im 5 months pregnant and it's all I could smell in my house. Long story short. After paying 1000$ he claimed I paid for the " effort and not the results" so it wasn't his fault that the raccoons died up there and my 10 day eviction proceeds contact was up but he was only out there checking the spot they were coming in and out of 4 days... anyway. So 2 weeks after he leaves all I can smell up there still is a dead smell. So log. Story short I have to get up there cut another hole in my ceiling of my daughter room and I found two more dead raccoons up there! SMH! And not to mention he left the dead raccoon body outside of my house in a bag after he took it out. Scary what company's will do to people now in days. Watch out!

Let me share my experience. I know Jim personally. He used to brag about going out to Route 27 near…read morethe Everglades with an air rifle, using the animals he trapped for target practice. He once told me, with no remorse, how he slammed a cat against the wall because it was meowing or not listening to him. He described how the poor animal staggered around in circles afterward, clearly in distress. He knew I was an animal lover, yet he seemed to take pleasure in telling me these horrifying stories--almost as if he enjoyed my discomfort. One day, he came by where I lived and removed a dead duck, tossing it casually into the back of his truck. Moments later, I heard a loud thrashing noise coming from the truck bed. When I asked what it was, he told me it was a raccoon he had captured. That raccoon was trapped in the back of his truck--in the middle of summer, in Florida heat--right next to the decaying body of the duck. The smell was unbearable. When I asked him what he planned to do with the raccoon, he told me he'd take it out to Route 27 the next morning and shoot it with his air rifle. I said, "That raccoon's going to be in your truck all night?" and he just shrugged, like it was nothing. To those of you who have given him glowing reviews--I understand. He presents himself as friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. And yes, he can do a good job. But that's only one side of him. There's another side--the side I saw. The side that takes pleasure in torturing helpless animals. The stories he shared and boasted with me were disturbing beyond words. They made my skin crawl. I wish I had proof, but I don't. There are more stories...however, what I can do is be a voice for the voiceless. The next time someone hires him, ask what he does with the animals he traps. Transporting a raccoon to another location legally is extremely difficult. In most cases, they're euthanized--yes, even baby raccoons. Invasive animals can not be relocated, that's what he told me himself. He boasted about it. He talked about the Everglades and his air rifle, but that's not the part he shares with customers. It's been way too long since I've held my tongue...I'm sorry I didn't help the innocent raccoon that day...I felt so helpless Maybe the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) should take notice.

I contacted another company who were able to get the dog, and even sent photos of it, licking the man who picked them up and being friendly. All Broward Animal Removal did not take care of business, and then were very rude when trying to follow up with them. I'm not sure why the conversation happened as it did, but I will never ATTEMPT to use the service again, and will implore others to find other options. Mark is both rude, dismissive, and obviously not very good at his job. It makes me sick to think of how he must have treated other animals leading to this point, and how many have died due to his negligence in getting them to safety. Updated to add that this manchild's reply is both inaccurate and ridiculous. The services called for weren't expected to be free, and the call was made from my car. No social media trolling, no wokeness, just concerned for an animal and had the expectation that an animal removal service would take care of the dog. He soon discover that we not only had one possum but seven (som and six babies!) living in our garage! They were really mean looking so I am so glad I did not have to see them. The 3 week old babies even had teeth! All Broward did not charge us extra for removal of the six babies. They offer the traditional tenting which requires you to prep your home and leave for a couple of days or a treatment called DLT (Drywood Liquid Treatment) which is considered safe and does not require any prep or evacuation. We chose DLT which they agreed since there was no evidence that termites had penetrated into our house. There was a slight odor which quickly disappeared. No mess, no clean up, it was great! Since we had termites in the fascia board, they told us to have those boards replaced and to let them know when they've been replaced because they would come out to re-treat those areas. They were true to their word and came back out weeks later to re-treat. They were very professional to deal with.
