I've been using this company for several years for all of my pest control needs, indoors and…read moreoutdoors. My entire family and employers over the years have also looked to RAD and happily continue using their services. I recommend this company a million percent! I love that the employees work with your schedule and take all initiative to make sure the appointments are accommodating and smooth. They are also very clean, presentable and take pride in the company they work for. I remember once my grandpa was coming into town for a wedding and last minute decided to stay in my guest room for his visit. I panicked because I had recently noticed that pests were somehow entering my home... So I called and was blessed with a same day visit. Their schedule had been completely booked for days out but I was able to speak with Rob the owner who PERSONALLY came out and took care of my home that same day. I was extremely fortunate to have gotten a same day visit and very satisfied with the quality service that had been EXCEEDED to all degrees that day. They didn't even charge me extra for the last minute, late night, overtime visit! I have never received that type of service ANYWHERE or in any industry. This company stands behind their promise and their WORD and that is a rare thing to come across these days. By the way... Their prices top ANY in the industry. I initially chose them because they had the best prices... But I remain a loyal customer because of their quality service and honesty. The employees are very informative and really look to save you a penny by informing you on the things you can do to prevent future pest issues. Most companies want more business and visits and don't care about your needs... But like I said, RAD honors their promise and their word. Thumbs up RAD! 5 stars doesn't even begin to show how happy this company makes me and how satisfied I am!!!

I just don't understand why the fumigator (that never met me or was ever here) felt he can blame me for the bedbugs. Wow. After he and my landlord had a good laugh about it, as I can hear them through the open window. What kind of company is this? Random spray guy TELL ME it's MY FAULT? yeah ok. I can't believe companies don't have professional respectful people representing their brand. Very Very disappointing experience. To be spoken to like that, then mocked. He was extremely thorough, respectful of my belongings, and mindful of my small children. I mentioned that I found him on Yelp and he had no idea that he was 5 Stars on here which is awesome. I showed him so he could see how many positive reviews he had. After working with a corporate pest control service and paying a ton of money he was more efficient, kind, and a lot more professional. He's been in the business for years and had this company for about 5. Definitely only of the good guys out there for home maintenance. We need more services like his with quality and professionalism. The first attempt was with spikes and that didn't do anything at all to deter the birds. Then Penny came back out and placed wood to block the area - well the birds go in the gutter under the wood and now have made nests. I hear them at all times of the day and it's very frustrating. I have contacted Penny via text multiple times and he has assured me he was going to come out to help. The latest was he was supposed to come on Thursday but I texted what time and he never answered. Poor communication. Would not recommend and will be trying to find a new pest control to help me with these nasty birds.

Mind you, we had a furniture delivery last weekend and the doors were open for far longer than I would've liked, so I understand how they potentially got inside. However, being as extra as I am, that mattered not and I wanted professional grade sprays to deal with any stragglers. Anyway, I called this company Wednesday evening around 8:30pm, and after asking me a few general questions about the invaders, said he would be in my area the next day and could stop by in the afternoon. He asked that I text him my contact information (name, address, phone number), which I did right away. Not only did he not show up Thursday afternoon, but he didn't call all day or night, and never texted back a reply. Around 3pm today (Friday) I sent him a message stating I was very disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of communication. I also told him I would be reviewing him as well so there were no surprises, which in reality I didn't need to warn him about, but was leaving the door open for him to save himself. He did not. Cons: -Unprofessionalism -Broken promises -Extremely poor communication -Lack of responsibility/ownership of errors Pros: NONE
