We hired Command to do a fumigation on our house. The inspector who came to give us a quote was phenomenal! Super friendly and personable. Overall the experience we had was good; however, I think there are room for improvements. Communication could be A LOT better. I was told to call the morning of for what time they would come. Since they don't give an exact time, which is understandable, I had to take off work for the day to make sure I was available when they gave me a call. Around 5:30PM I received a call letting me know they were running late and were leaving the house they were working on and would be right over. 7:30PM rolls by and still nothing. Now I started to get bit frustrated as I have a 6 month old whose bedtime was approaching and I had no idea when someone was coming. A supervisor showed up around 7:30 to get our keys so we could leave. This is where I started to get really upset. Around 8:30PM my backyard motion camera went off so I checked it. Finally they were there to tent the house. However, to my disbelief, it seemed as if one of the workers was peeing between my hot tub and house. He stays in the same position for 10 seconds, walks away and adjusts his pants. For the amount of money we paid, I'd expect more professional service. Considering they had the keys to the house and the house has toilets they could have used. I wish I could attach the full video to this review, since I can't I have attached screenshots. Overall, the experience was good; however, like I mentioned I think the communication could have been better and the workers a bit more professional. read more

I've used command in the past and my experience was positive. That's why when I had an infestation of termites I called them to handle the problem. They came out and did what they they said was needed. 2 days later i had the same issue. I called and spoke to Sharron to let her know what was going on and what was our next step. Sharron was condescending and while I explained to her a few times ( because she kept asking me the same question and I assumed she couldn't hear me) says we'll I'm not there so I don't know what's going on. Yes! Sharron... I know. That's why I'm calling and explaining to you. Sharron needs customer service training. Dealing with an infestation and Sharron is too much. read more

Wow, did these guys really come through for me! On Tuesday night, I realized that there was a terrible smell in 1 of our bathrooms. Since we'd seen some mice outside and suspected 1 had visited the area under our kitchen sink, I thought I knew what it was. A dead rodent under the house. Wednesday morning I called 6 pest control companies who advertised dead rodent removal and the one that stood out was Command. The woman answering the phone-Vanessa- was sympathetic and professional and she assured me she'd get a technician out as soon as possible. In the 10 minutes that passed, I got a few call backs from other companies, but I waved them off. Sure enough, Vanessa called back that the technician was on his way. It was about 5 after 9;00 AM. Felipe arrived promptly and seemed nonplussed at the prospect of crawling UNDER our house to find the culprit. It's small space and full of cobwebs, dirt, etc. He donned his special suit and went under the house. He was in there quite a while and when he emerged he had video footage! He took care of our problem, checked under our sinks and gave us tips for prevention. I was stunned. Felipe was great. What a wonderful attitude and a hard worker. We have been using another pest control service since 2008 and the only reason I did not call them was because our technician told us he would not crawl under the house! Well, guess what, Command is going to have a new customer. Two of them actually, because we also have a service agreement at my mom's house and we pay for it. There are a LOT of pest control services out there. In my opinion, you cannot live in South Florida and control the Palmetto bugs without having a company come in at least every other month. I'm going to call them to begin servicing our homes in April. That's the highest praise I can give them-to let them know I am going to use their service and recommend them to others! read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. Appointments are not convenient for customers. It's a time frame, like your sitting home for hours, waiting. The office staff is yet to be desired. We use this company for total pest control, and have been using them for the last three years. The service is quite satisfactory. However, getting a hold of Managerial staff is often tricky. Also, communication is not always optimum. They take care of my lawn, plants, interior of screened patio, and annual bug control throughout the interior of our home. I would recommend this co. Very disappointed. Hired this company for a little over 4 years. I had a bit of an issue as I do live in a condo. At first felt they were reasonably priced. And thought it was great they always come out whenever you need. Just unfortunately things haven't really gotten any better. Asked for bombing, or something stronger than their normal spraying and baiting. As other companies then started to suggest to me. As my contract came up for renewal was hesitant to spend another $275 for a year of the same procedure to be done that obviously wasn't working. But come to find out the woman who answers the phone asked if I have had them do a "roach clean out" I said I never heard of that and explain Ed what they have done and it was not that. So now I awww angry that after using them for 4 years and them knowing my problem this wasn't recommended years prior. So my money all those years was literally just then spraying and baiting my kitchen! What a waste. They then agreed to give me a year free to make up for this since they saw how loyal I was and understood that they lacked offering a service that maybe could have solved the issue years back. So of course I was please to give another chance before agreeing to hire to see how things can improve. They had a guy come out in a Saturday to treat as they wanted to give more tone for servicing me. He took his normal 40 minutes and only did the kitchen. So nothing changed there. My whole place was not treated once again ! So I called Monday to ask why that is so they sent the supervisor out and he came and treated everything. He said that is what is what should always be done. Another thing I learned that this company hasn't done for the years I hired them. He told me any time I need service to request him. So here I am a month later requesting service they now say I don't have a a free year! They totally went back in their word. They answer the phone unprofessionally calling me by some random guy's name and realized they didn't say thank you for calling command Pest Control control. I had a rodent come to visit our home. Called Command Pest and Chris and another person came out to set traps. While there CHRIS found a space that was open where the rodent could come into my closet!! He suggested I gave someone come in to patch the space.
