Their monthly maintenance service has been incredibly beneficial. The staff I have encountered are very friendly and courteous, and have a strong knowledge of how to handle pests such as rodents. They are very respectful of the property and are aware of all the areas where you could potentially have infestations. They have made our lives a lot easier as a result of their services. we had a service appointment, no one showed up or called. previously an inspector on our initial appointment misidentified a household casebearer plaster bagworm as a queen termite. His name is Rodger *******, he is an inspector at Native and told me these bugs were queen termites. You should know what the bugs are and not misinform the customer. read more

the reason I dont recommend them is I truly believe they tried to scam me. I called them sometime back for termite inspection. They came very professional, uniforms and all, they brought in equipment whatever to go in my attic as I wasn't watching. She says to me from the attic, do you have a plastic bag? I replied yes, I give to her, she brings down a piece of wood in the bag and says its live termites. Then of course all the paperwork and its rather expensive. I do not accept, instead I get 2 more inspections in which they both found NOTHING. Im not stupid, I trust NO ONE & neither should you! read more

Native Pest, The tech. you sent was ok , but I did ask for a tech. that did Doug Habicht's condo, my neighbor, which was not sent. Anyway, how in the world can you ask how things are going, when it's only been one day???? I asked who will clean up the saw dust on all the window sills and counter tops , his answer was "We are a pest company, not a cleaning company". So who is to clean up the mess? His answer was "Not me". When we had our bathroom installed we used the bath installer company and they cleaned every speck of dust on the floor. When we had counter tops put in by a counter top company, they cleaned up every speck of dirt. When we had new cabinets put in by a cabinet company they cleaned up every speck of dirt. For this you will receive 1-star with as many sites as I can get to, to forewarn them, they will have to hire a cleaning company after their termite technician leaves. read more

I don't know how this place gets a five star rating??? What a joke! They sprayed my home for 5 years and usually when it was pouring rain out. I tried to cancel my service and they called and emailed me like 10 times a day. Finally, I cancelled my service with them. I had another company come out and I was told that there was a huge ant problem among other bugs...it's hard to believe that after Native Pest Management sprayed my home for several years, that I had a bad infestation that they never once mentioned to me! So thankful I fired them and hired a company that actually does their job and does it well! read more

We were in a real bind. The pest control company that we had been using for about 17 years had gone AWOL. We called 5 times in 3 weeks, without a return call or sending someone out. We texted, we sent e-mails. Nothing. It was not easy to hire a new company after all that time, but someone we know, who is very picky, said this company was the best. We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. But I guess you get what you paid form Glad we made the switch. Plan on staying with them for a very long time. read more

I had a problem with German roaches in my kitchen. Mark from Native Pest Management took care of the problem on his first visit, but came back for a follow-up in 2 weeks to insure that they were completely gone and had not laid eggs that could lead to another infestation. Service was excellent, on-time, and Mark was super nice and explained everything he was doing. We most recently had our house serviced by Enrique and Kevin. Both of them did an excellent job. Enrique did our regular monthly service and was on-time and did a thorough treatment. I really appreciate the heads-up call when the technician is on his way. We had Kevin out today to treat for ants. I was impressed that he took the time to examine the outside of the house to discover where they are coming in and put down bait. It was time to take the plunge and tent the house. I really didn't want to deal with this during the school/work week, so we opted for the weekend service. Native was prompt about communicating with my husband and I. They had told us that they contracted out with different companies, and the company they contracted out with was excellent - super nice, and very efficient. Packing up all the food and perishables was a pain, and took more time than expected. Just clearing plants in close vicinity to the house was also a pain. But alas, this is the way of all tenting! We were concerned about leaving our house open to anyone- with open windows, etc, -while the tent was up - but everything was fine and we had no problems. We didn't spring to hire security or anything like that, which seemed excessive. Upon returning, we didn't smell anything strange in the house, though we tried to air out the best that we could. We chose Native because of their reviews/reputation, wanting to go with a local business, and the reasonable quotes, which came in at a fair price compared to the others we got. Everything in my original review is still all true; reliable, prompt and excellent customer service as well as performance. In my previous review I said I would start using them for quarterly pest control and I did, not exactly in August but who cares? My first pest control appointment was yesterday. I wasn't home but my friend said the technician was extremely thorough and took care of everything. My laundry room is out on the balcony and I have been noticing a lot of small black spiders! Seriously, first a rat(s) and now spiders! Only in Florida, right?!? The technician assured my friend that we wouldn't have this issue anymore. The condo interior was treated for all bugs which is great because who want bugs in their home right?!? It's been a very long time since I saw any bugs, but again~we do live in Florida. Better to be proactive! Making the appointment was easy, exceptional service from Luke again. Consistency is key, people! You need a company you can depend on, especially when bugs are involved, trust me on this. I received an email from the tech with a detailed & well written report on what he did etc. I mean, how many companies do this? I also received an emailed invoice with a link to my customer portal. Made my payment and received a confirmation that my payment was accepted; all this took about two minutes. Do you see now why I am so "wowed" by this company? I said it before and I am saying it again~I always try to use local independently owned businesses. It's the way to go for all of us, especially now during these crazy times. I had termites, the company I used charged me a lot didn't explain anything to me about the process and my part in preparing for it. Came twice and cancelled both times because I didn't do what needed to be done. How could I when I was not explained to me and the man didn't speak clear English. I used Native. They came inspected inside and out explained everything about the process and what I had to take out of the house before it. They provided bag's instructions and an open line of communication with me. The price was a little cheaper also. The men who came were very nice and also communicated with me and made me feel good about the situation. They were in an out in three days while the other company said 5 days. Mind you I had to book a Hotel with my dog so they less time paying for a hotel and the price difference with Native was all around better. When I came home my house was just as I left it. Clean. I didn't feel violated in any way. The other company moved furniture left everything opened and my floors were filthy. So I definitely recommend Native Pest Control. I'm in the process of ending my service with the other company and switching to Native for my usual pest control. read more

These guys are great, very good maintenance. We have them coming by every other month. And haven't had any issues.

They no showed twice and did not deliver the services I requested. I had to call and get them to fix things which also got me in trouble at work (since I was supposed to be working). Then, on top of this, they locked me into a maintenance plan with a monthly charge even though I told them many times not to. When I canceled my card, they kept calling me from spoofed numbers because I was not answering their calls. Now they're piling up a "past due" balance of a maintenance service that I told them I didn't want them to add from the very beginning. High pressure, sneaky, unethical sales tactics. It is sad because they actually did a decent job, but this whole experience negates anything positive I can say about them. If they can apologize to me and make things right, I'll reconsider the rating, but honestly, damage has already been done and I cannot recommend this company despite their "glowing reviews." read more

Daniel calls to tell me he can help then proceeds to harass me for 3 conversations without any solutions AGAIN!! Blaming me for the fact that his company failed to get rid of the mites!! Because he has no idea what he is talking about!! I showed him a video of live mites and he still had no solution!!
