It may not be this particular contact point. From a pest control perspective I have no issues. From a customer service perspective they are horrible. They were supposed to do an annual inspection today. They said between 8 AM and noon and they would call 30 minutes before arrival. They never called so I didn't know they were coming. I got someone to the house at 8:45 AM and the guy was sitting in his truck out front. Knocked on his vehicle and his reply was, "I already closed out the ticket and I can't go back into it. So we'll have to do the inspection another time inside. But I did the inspection outside and it looked good." Well 75% of the inspection is inside and in the attic so as far as doing the inspection, it was a waste of time. What annoyed me was I sat watching him and for 15 minutes he sat in front of my house doing whatever. Maybe playing solitaire on his phone I don't know. But he couldn't come back out and do the inspection But he could sit In his truck doing whatever it is, he was doing, but not finished the inspection. Horrible customer service. But I have no choice because the service is already paid for.

I hired SoFlo Iguana Pros specifically because they told me they could both remove iguanas and…read moreinstall a proper critter guard around my solar panels to prevent them from coming back. That second part was the entire reason I chose this company over others. The iguana removal itself was completed, but then I received a bill with no mention of the critter guard. This was after they had already come out and measured for it. I had to remind them that this was the main reason I hired them in the first place. Only then did they send me a quote and schedule the installation. After the critter guard was installed, I was immediately unhappy with the workmanship. The installation looked sloppy and unprofessional, especially around my barrel tile roof. I raised concerns and had them come back to make adjustments, but even after that, it still didn't look right. They reassured me that appearance aside, it would do the job. For a short period, I saw fewer iguanas--but it was winter, so that didn't prove much. Once the weather warmed up, the problem returned. My wife and I began hearing activity on the roof again, and I personally witnessed an iguana run straight under the critter guard and into the space beneath the solar panels. When I reported this, they dismissed my concerns and claimed the product was "working" because I had seen fewer iguanas earlier. That's not what I was promised. I was told this would keep animals out--not "most" animals. They said they would come inspect it, but never communicated when they came. I had to call them, and they claimed they had already been out and determined everything was fine. This lack of communication was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After doing my own research, I discovered the guard was installed incorrectly for a barrel tile roof. The material should have been cut and fitted to match the shape of the tiles to eliminate gaps. Instead, it appears they used a method suited for flat tile roofs. During installation, they even admitted they had forgotten my roof type, yet proceeded anyway. At this point, I simply asked them to fix the issue or refund my money. They refused both. The only thing they offered was a discount if I agreed not to leave a negative review, which I find completely unacceptable. I paid hundreds of dollars for a solution that was improperly installed and does not work as promised. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
