We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. I first signed up for the service about 10 years ago. They used to come inside my condo and spray…read moreand make appointments. In the last two years I have noticed they just show up. Sometimes they leave a note on the door saying they were here and sometimes they just send a bill and say they were here. I live in a condo upstairs. I have asked them not to do this several times. I said I want my unit sprayed inside it does no good for me to pay you to spray my sidewalk and driveway when my HOA already does that. They continue to show up when I'm not home don't make appointments and again I don't always know that they've actually been here because they don't always leave a note. They increase the price and renewed my year without asking first if I wanted to renew at the new price. If they increase the price that's not a renual. They need to ASK. Again someone showed up at least they say they showed up and sprayed my sidewalk... However, the invoice has my signature on it although I was not even home. So how do I know they were even here? Saturday at 730 AM, they aren't even open on Saturday! I am working on canceling my service with them and I don't feel I should have to pay $77.50 when I can't even prove they were ever even here. Also I did not ask to renew at the higher price. Completely ridiculous that they come over here spray my driveway And sidewalk and expect $77 for not even five minutes of work. This company is a complete rip off and now they are threatening to send me to collections. I have sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. If I owe any money, it should be at the rate I signed up, not at the new rate that they decided to impose on me that I did not ask for or agree to. I don't like how they just "show up" and bill me and it's supposed to just be OK. If I end up paying this bill it's only going to be because reading the other reviews. I can see that this company likes to send people to collections so watch out. If I'm expected to pay $77.50 they need to do what I pay for, come spray inside my condo.
