8/06/20 It will be my pleasure to recommend Pest Relief, for the excellent quality of their work and their superior customer service, which is greatly appreciated, and, sometimes a dying art in today's marketplace. Our Condo was having a problem with Honey Bees setting up their colonies within the walls of our buildings, which can be costly to correct. In order to alleviate the problem, they recommended we set up artificial hives, which they attached to many trees. With a lure of lemon extract, the bees came and set up their colonies. When the colonies get too large, Pest Relief comes out and carefully removes the hives, bees, honey, and takes them to a bee farm, where they are handled with care. It helps the environment to protect these beautiful creatures. Thank you, Ashley, along with your team. You are all a credit to your profession and to our community, here in Pompano Beach. He came right out, surveyed the situation, and decided to refer the critter problem to his capable peer, Kevin from RatBusters. Kevin sent out two nice guys, Art and Patrick. They determined the best avenue of attack would be to make a small square in our inside wall, to set a trap. Oils. Sure enough, the next day, I found a Curly-Tail lizard in the trap. He was removed and I reset the trap. For the next 5 days, the trap was never sprung and the scratching stopped. So, thanks to Bill, Kevin, Patrick, and Art for combining to solve the problem. My family and I have been renovating our house and by surprise we found a huge infestation of ants. Apparently they were coming in through the trees we had outside. Anyway, this created a huge problem for my small children and animals. I was referred to Pest Relief by a friend who lives in Boca. I called to make an appointment and spoke to a very nice lady who set me up with an appointment the following morning. She explained to me that they do not usually service that far north but they would make a special trip to come service my house. I give Pest Relief 5 stars because they were efficient, kind and killed my ants. I was relieved they were able to come out on such short notice and take care of my issue. I hired them because of their competitive prices. They were our indoor and outdoor pest control for about 4-5 months. Their pest control is ineffective and their communication very unprofessional. I fired them after five months because I was seeing roaches and other indoor pests daily, no improvement whatsoever! Additionally, my grass was mostly weeds, even after almost 5 months of treatment (and that VERY expensive "initial treatment"). Additionally, Bill is personable when you first meet him and very rude after you hire him. He did not return my phone calls pretty much at all-- in order to talk to him I had to track him down 2 and 3 days in a row. He also did not show up to set up meetings in more than one occasion (and did not call to cancel). To the last meeting, he states that he came and no one was home but I was home all morning waiting. After I terminated his services he is continuing to charge me for what he claims were "services rendered". His "services"-- if at all-- where ineffective ...and the meeting he missed was to discuss that specifically. Once he missed the meeting I just fired him. A month later he is still HARRASSING me for the fee. Good luck if you decide to hire this guy. If you dig his negative reviews you will find a common denominator: he does not return phone calls. read more

I was visiting my grandmother from out of town and while staying at her house I noticed that she had a lot of pest issues, so I started to ask around for recommendations. My grandmother had ants all over her house, big cockroach bugs, and fleas! It was such a nightmare! A neighbor recommended Pest Relief because they had been using this company or over 10 years. I immediately called and spoke to the receptionist, she was extremely friendly and helpful. Within an hour, I received a call from Ashley and she was very knowledgeable and scheduled my grandmothers service to be done that same day! Her and another employee showed up to the house exactly on time ! They spent over an hour inspecting and treating for all of the bugs and also sprayed our lawn for fleas, within a week ALL of our pest issues were solved! But they still came out a second time to treat our house again (at no charge) to make sure we were completely satisfied, about 10 days later. This company is BY FAR the most professional, responsive, and knowledgeable contractors that I have ever used. My grandmother is still a customer of Pest Relief going on 3 years now! I recommend and refer this company to everyone that I know. And the best part is that it is family owned for over 20 something years I believe... so I really trust them to take care of my grandmother like family. read more
